在那边还看到了这样的一个贴:
Hi, I just want to discuss about the business opportunity here. I'm planning to set my apartment for a home stay business. I bought one unit at the ground level, with an open entrance straight to the theme Park. My unit comes with no ID.
So, my plan is to buy a bundle of used hotel furnitures (Beds, wardrobe, dining table, etc. etc.) and rent the apartment as a home stay or a guest house. Reason is I am staying in Hulu Langat and I purchase this house because it is so damn tempting. If I keep this house to myself it would be a big flaws to me as my commitment will increase.
Why not selling it? Sayang ma... It's like bini to me although I'm still single. Why not rent it? Rent it won't let me have the fun after I get the tenure and renting a house won't really give me a decent profit.
Why home stay or guest house?
A fully furnished apartment would be easily rent for at least RM50 (2 days 1 night). Let's assume that in a month I have 30 days fully booked. That would be RM1500 per month. But RM50 is ridiculously cheap. Normally for a house with a theme park like this I could easily rent it for RM100 (2 days and 1 night). That would give me RM3000 for 30 days fully book. Let's cut it to 15 days, RM1500 which already cover my installment.
Of course this is just a plan. I haven't discuss with the management regarding this. Any opinion, advice or mau hantam me are welcomes. I love debating He! He! He!

放心,这也是我第一个问题当我去di时。。。
agent 很肯定地说,尽管投诉。。而且是不允许被用户改为resort 做短期出租。。 |

一定要。。而且,她在里面也有写到,要搞定managemet,邻居什么的。而且。。我不排除不止她想到,很多人也会想到的。。所以,住那边的要多加留意,一有很多不熟悉的脸孔就出声。。 |

我不反对出租给expatriate,但绝对不是那些包车,包bus 来所谓度假的。。
expatriate 不会怎样。(但是也得看看是哪国的expat啦)
但是expat应该不会要住在puchong prima吧?
就算没有包bus,自己驾车来的,我不会欢迎,更不想看到。 |

如果那些底楼面向泳池的都被人家买来作投资,还被他们变成guest house。
那么我们这些买来居住的,不是很惨? |
