AIC buys Jotech unit for RM53m

KUALA LUMPUR: AIC Corporation Bhd is buying Prodelcon Sdn Bhd, which deals in semiconductor tooling and automation, from Jotech Holdings Bhd for RM53 million to be satisfied via the issuance of 27.5 million new AIC shares and RM25.5 million cash.
The consideration took into account a guaranteed net profit of at least RM5 million and a price to earnings ratio of 10.6 times. The guaranteed profit excludes the loss on disposal of an investment in a subsidiary of RM2.92 million. As part of the deal, RM17 million out of RM18.6 million owed by Prodelcon to Jotech will be waived.
In a statement yesterday, AIC said Prodelcon’s mould and die operations would complement its semiconductor test and assembly activities.
AIC also proposed a renounceable rights issue of up to 36.98 million shares with up to 33.62 million free detachable warrants on the basis of 11 new shares with 10 free warrants for every 40 existing shares held. It said the proceeds would be used to repay part of its borrowings of RM27.5 million.
AIC intends to announce a proposed rights issue exercise within three months for this disposal while Jotech intends to retain the new AIC shares as its long-term investment. |

希望是有RM0.15不是问题只需要时间，记住现在是底价钱如果谁现在卖就是笨蛋，高买底卖多多钱都不够你亏。 |

彻底的清除债务？
就算真的可以彻底的清除债务，
附加股的钱又会剩下多少？

|
附加股可帮省回贷款利息，又可清了2千多万的债务。他的业务其实已经不错你不要忘记还有AIC公司做后台。 |

如果只去到RM0.15的话我这一个月多算白等了...
我的成本在RM0.145...
