大马机场提升5国际机场 提高非航空营收至60%

（吉隆坡29日讯）大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板交通物流股）计划通过提升旗下5座国际机场来提振乘客的机场消费，冀望公司的非航空营收贡献比例在未来3至5年內可达到60%。
大马机场今日举办媒体匯报会。该公司商业服务高级总经理莫哈末纳兹里在匯报会上指出，目前大马机场的航空与非航空营收贡献佔比为50%对50%。
「参考海外其他同行的营业表现，我们发现非航空营收的贡献比例可以增加至60%，来提高公司整体营业表现。」
因此，大马机场接下来將採取一系列措施以提升旗下国际机场的消费便利度和商场与店面的佈局，藉此刺激国际游客在本地国际机场的消费。
重新规划商业生態莫哈末纳兹里指出，目前大马国际机场的整个商业生態系统是比较零散的。
「我们会重新规划和翻新旗下的国际机场，让乘客在机场里接触到更多的零售商店。」与此同时，大马机场也希望在提升和调整以后，这5座国际机场可跃升为我国的旅游景点之一。
为了实现这个目標，该公司会引进许多独特而知名的国际品牌，使旗下国际机场的零售商店区別于市中心的零售商店。
引进国际品牌香水
「举例来说， 由於我们的砂拉越国际机场离市中心太近，乘客完全没必要在机场消费。因此我们会將该国际机场变成成美食天堂，来进一步吸引的乘客消费。」
另外， 莫哈末纳兹里也表示，根据数据如今机场的国际乘客，特別是中国乘客在机场的消费趋势是以化妆品和香水为主。
「於是我们会主攻化妆品和香水市场，引进更多元化的国际品牌来投乘客所好。」
他也称， 大马机场正在与中国知名社交软件- - 微信（Wechat）洽谈，向后者购买大数据以深掘中国乘客来马的购物清单。
「在有了数据和资讯后，我们会设法迎合中国乘客的需求。」
5座国际机场的提升活动將从浮罗交怡国际机场开始，之后到吉隆坡国际机场和砂拉越国际机场。
