We refer to the Company's announcement dated 11 June 2014. The Company wishes to announce that, Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 20 June 2014, informed that pursuant to paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of JTI will be removed from the Offcial List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 25 June 2014. This announcement is dated 20 June 2014.
