NTPM - NOTICE OF BONUS ENTITLEMENT  

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q :  52803 OF  2009
Bonus issue of 499,200,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each (Shares) in
NTPM Holdings Berhad (NTHB) (Bonus Shares) to be credited as fully paid-up
on the basis of four (4) new Shares for every five (5) existing Shares held
(Bonus Issue).
Kindly be advised of the following :
1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus
Issue" ]
      as  from : [ 2 April 2009 ]
2)  The last date of lodgement : [ 6 April 2009 ]
3)  Retention Money :  Where securities are not delivered in time for
registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-
    a)  Selling Broker to deduct [ 4/9 ] , of the Selling Price against the
Selling Client.
    b)  Buying Broker to deduct [ 44.44% ] of the Purchase Price against the
Buying Client.
    c)  Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 4/9 ] of the Transacted
Price is applicable.
Remarks
"Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of
settlement taking place on 7 April 2009 with bonus issue of NTPM shares RM0.10
each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive NTPM bonus issue shares, may
sell any or all of his NTPM shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the
Ex-Date ( 2 April 2009 ).

For example, if Mr X  purchases 500 NTPM shares on cum basis on 1 April 2009,
Mr X should receive 500 shares on 6 April 2009.  As a result of the bonus
issue, 900 NTPM shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS  account on the night
of 6 April 2009 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus
issue shares of 900 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 2 April 2009 onwards."

啟順造紙業5送4紅股

（吉隆坡）啟順造紙業（NTPM,5066,主板消費品組）以5送4方式派發紅股，並展開股票回購計劃，期增加資本基礎、加強每股盈利、加強股票流通來回饋股東。

啟順造紙業發文告透露，建議劃以5送4方式派發最高達4億9920萬股紅股，主要是回饋股東、反映目前營運模式與增加股票流通量。

此公司將透過剩餘盈利來融資紅股，派發紅股後，料啟順造紙業繳足資本將從6億2400萬股提高至11億2320萬股。

另一方面，在完成派發紅股後，啟順造紙業將回購最高達10%的股權，計劃將藉內部資金與外部貸款進行。

回購股票除提昇每股盈利與減少股票流動水平，以為股價注入正面動力，也允許此公司對遭低估的股票採取預防措施、達到目標資本構造、發掘股票潛力資本等。

请问是不是在4月9日之前买进持股直到4月22日或更长的话，就能够获得NTPM派发的股息了呢

4月2日之前买进就能分到红股5股送4股！！
4月9日之前买进都有股息拿！！

到 RM0.55 咯，存货不多，以后就没有咯！！
买盘 74%！！
记得此股作价会一天比一天高哦~
短期目标价 RM0.60-RM0.65
