豪华云顶发1.02亿新股抵债

（吉隆坡16日讯）豪华云顶（HWGB,9601,主板工业产品服务组）打算发售最多1亿零267万新股，以偿还825万令吉债务。

豪华云顶发文告表示，将分别向3家公司——Vitaxel酒店公司（VHGS）、Grande Legacy公司（GLI）及Financial Frontier公司（FF）发售1243万7800股、3885万4700股及5137万4400股，每股作价8.04仙，总值825万4415令吉，以抵销债务。

豪华云顶表示，发股还债可降低公司债务、改善现金流、扩大股本及减少利息成本，完成发股还债后，股本将从3亿5707万1840股扩大至4亿5973万8740股。

上述企业活动需通过股东特大放行，豪华云顶预期可在今年第四季完成。

豪华云顶核心业务分为两类，第一类电线电缆、电力电源线路等制造，第二类为旅游服务。
