   好像是自动转换。。不用钱的。。优先股，没换母股没投票权。只是要等几年才能转换。。你去看下是吗？经记是这样说的，，

Warrants 才需要吧。。他老板不会母股0.385不买 ，，买0.310加转换价0.50=0.810？那么神奇吧？
