问题是连我也不知道什么是“华人糖水”，可能更别指望鬼佬会知道了。。。。
中文的糖水应该是加了糖的水，煮浓了的糖水就变成糖浆了，是这个糖水/sweetened water吗？
还有为什么要加上“华人”？难道还有马来人糖水，印度人糖水......?

不是，dim sum至少还叫dim sum，他们懂。。

不同饮食文化，很难有一对一的相应词汇。
就比如 dinner 翻译成晚餐也未必准确，因为有些地区的 dinner 是中午吃的。
