The Board wishes to announce change of financial year end from 31 March to 30 September. This is to align with the restructuring timeline as part of Company's ongoing regularisation under Practice Note 17 (PN17) of Bursa Malaysia's Main Market Listing Requirements. This also facilitates more efficient financial reporting.The next audited financial statements will cover an 18-month period from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2025.
