1.        OSKIC will be conducted from 2 October 2012 to 31 October 2012, which is over 21 market days
2.        You will be given a virtual capital of RM100,000 to begin in this game upon signing up.
3.        You can only trade up to the value of the virtual money you have on hand.
4.        Trading will ONLY involve all NORMAL local stocks on BURSA MALAYSIA (i.e. ONLY Number coded stocks)
5.        The game will follow BURSA MALAYSIA'S official Trading Hours. Trading will only be available from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
6.        The gaming portal will be closed from 5.00pm to 9.00pm every evening for maintenance purposes. No orders or transactions can be made within this time frame.
7.        Trades will only be carried out in board lots. No odd lots.
8.        Short selling is not allowed.
9.        Step by step guide on How to make a trade.
10.        You can make changes to your order provided it is still floating in the market. Once your order has been matched, no changes will then be applicable.
11.        A brokerage fee of 0.6% will be charged for every single transaction. Hence if you perform a complete trade (one buy and one sell), you will be charged twice (one for buy and one for sell) at 0.6% per transaction.
12.        You can monitor all your trade history in the "Game Portfolio", the details are as follows:
a.        Name
b.        Quantity
c.        Average price
d.        Market value
e.        Profit/loss
f.        Last price
g.        Stop loss
h.        Take profit
13.        The grand prize winner will be the contestant with the highest ABSOLUTE TOTAL PORTFOLIO VALUE at the conclusion of the game.
14.        The daily winner will be the contestant who buys any amount of shares of a company (company of the day selected by the organisers), which is recommended by OSK Research. There will be 1 winner everyday. If more than 1 participant buys the shares of the company of the day, the winner will be selected on a lucky draw basis.
15.        No one person is allowed to win the daily prize twice.
16.        If the contestant has just signed up for the game after the week has begun, his beginning portfolio value for the week will be RM100,000 (virtual money).
17.        Only corporate exercises, which are significant, will be accounted for in this game. The decision to include or omit any corporate exercise will be determined by the organizers from OSKIB. Decisions of the organising team from OSKIB will be final.
18.        You must make minimum transactions amounting to RM10,000. This includes the combined value of your buy/sell total. If you are unable to reach this minimum amount, you will NOT be eligible to win any of the contest prizes.
19.        You are not allowed to trade with stocks that are below RM1. All stocks bought/sold must be at RM1 and above.
