我是时候换鞋子了，今天和choi cc聊了一下，根据我的脚型，他推荐我两双鞋子：

Saucony ProGrid Triumph 6
Saucony ProGrid Jazz 12

大概作了研究
Triumph (after 40% is RM320)，对脚保护比较好，cushion够，arch support好，可是贵！
Jazz 12 (after 40$ is RM230)，比较轻一点点，最重要是便宜。

这两双有谁有能给点意见吗？我的脚型是normal的，哈哈。。。我应该会选择Jazz 12，我差不多半年要换一双，每双都RM300以上会很快pk。

我也曾经试过,但觉得鞋头比较窄...所以最后选择NB.
但每个人的脚型不一样...建议你约他出来试试鞋子.

我目前的跑鞋是NB1062, 用来跑过两次马拉松, 几次半马和多次的比赛
稳而重, 为长距离而战但太受保护而多次弄伤脚裸, 很大可能它是不属于我的

所以在较短的距离我都选用Nike跑鞋, 轻便而快
Newton在McD Run当天试穿了, 不太适合自己, 脚指不舒服

如果拿来运动的话，就不是那么推荐了。因为midsole的品质变了，保护的作用可能没有那么好。

是的，重要是舒服。。。但也有网站说最好不要买两年以上的款式，怕它们收久了塑料会变差，胶水也不牢了？

我六月初买了一双Brooks Summon，是08年1月推出的。穿九号感觉刚刚好，又轻又舒服，走起路来感觉有弹力，也更适合体重较轻的人。不会有太窄或太松的感觉，有的款式鞋头空间会太大。买前上网查了资料，都是鬼佬在给评语，评价大致上不错，适用于长跑。在旧旧的小店买，原价390，老板娘折扣30%后，270成交（网上售价是90美元）

这里顺便称赞一下，Brooks的customer service不错，很尽职一下。话说我昨天写了email询问一些东西，那公司的总部一开工（大马晚上十点，美国早上七点）就答复我了。

Hi There,
I bought a pair of Brooks Summon on 6 June 09 from a local store. When I used it for a half-marathon on 5 July in rain, it got thoroughly wet. Would it be any degradation on the quality of the shoe after getting wet, e.g. stickiness of the glue? And then, I had put it under the direct sunlight for a day as to quicken the drying process, would this spoil the shoe material like oxidization? (I live in a tropical country -  Malaysia)

To clean the netting part of the shoe, I am wondering whether powdery detergent is good to apply or not. I would like to learn from you the best way to recover a pair of Brooks shoes from being wet and dirty. Hope to get your reply soon, the information you provide will be highly appreciated.

Hi **,
Thank you for contacting Brooks Sports Inc.  The best way to clean your shoes is going to be with a damp cloth using mildly warm or cool water, and a mild liquid soap.  We recommend that you avoid submerging the shoes completely in water, as that can lead to uneven drying of the materials, however if that happens we suggest that you stuff the shoes with newspapers or old rags to try to help maintain the integrity of the shape.  Leaving the shoes out in the sunlight for a day or 2 will not hurt them, but we would recommend against doing that for prolonged periods of time.

我本来想找nb或adidas的，最近很少去槟城了，nb又没什么折扣，这里有卖adidas的马来店的员工又很差，一问三不知，问他卖的是什么model也问不到 。我听说过mizuno又好又便宜，可是我不曾考虑，因为我抵制日本货很多年了

昨天我到MIDVALLEY，4楼的STUDIO R去看鞋。ASICS Kayano 15卖RM599，应该有10%折扣。不过，ASICS的，我有TRY左脚，脚踝部分LOCK着，鞋垫很舒服，跑起来蛮轻。
KINSEI的话，没有留意到。

I have contacted Carrie to organise an informal gettogether with the Cari Runners and introduce the Fastwitch 3 to yourgroup. This model is more like a light weight racer and be always usedas a racee day shoe. Reason is that its light, efficient and have thestability to carry one thru a race be it a 10k, 21k, 42k or even a 84kultra.

I included Jian Wen, Kok Yik and June Yew in this msg wasbcos I reckon all three of you are pretty fast runners, and you willdefinitely benefit from this shoe during racce day. I am not sure abtthe rest in your group but judging from the timing, I think its good tostart with 3 of you and believe its time to invest in a race day shoe.

SinceTey ET had give me recommendation and have high regards abt your group,I will give you a special deal for those in your group that adoptFastwitch 3 as the race day shoe for Adidas KOTR. Do let me know ifthis Sat or next Sat will be a good day to show the shoes to all urmembers. And by the time they purchase it, u still have 1-2 weeks torun-in the shoe.

Note:June Yew. I reckon u are a forefoot runner, so the NEWTON will probablybe more efficient for you but I must also said the Fastwitch 3 is nottoo far from it but with a better price point.
