i found myself so much in love into cooking stuff,
even little recipe, materials, or a little spice leaf,
has certain strong power to pull me into it,
for reading, researching, even figuring out the fragrance and taste.
i've heard certain unconscious but serious question
: do you think you wanna spend your whole life cooking in the kitchen?
well, of course not.
absolutely cooking or food would not be my priority and major concern in life,
however it has become a special part of my lifetime story.
Even if such 'cooking fever' would be faded someday (erhmm, well i don't think so),
still it stated me into certain kind of level for my lifetime experience.
because i gained bunch of fun over it.
(also, gained so much fat... haha, never mind~)
besides that, there are some other reason,
1. coz my mum is the greatest cook in the world, i wanna keep on her spirit moving on in making great food, also the unforgettable taste of heaven.
2. coz my deardear is food lover, and so am i ~
3. i love home made stuff ^^
4. i found peace during cooking, staying in kitchen and shopping in grocery shop are the places where i seldom or never show temper or any nasty rude languages. In fact, cooking is something that help us overcome with stress, also temporarily it could wipe away our narrownesses and any other worries. As we can see, during such chopping, cubing, simmering, measuring process, patience and concentration are the fact could be considered as primarily needed to ensure things done perfectly. by time, when cooking stuff playing in our mind, that is the most important thing, not any other unneeded stuff anymore for the moment.
5. i love every thing good, fine, nice, cantik and delicious.
6. i love to capture and frame up things that nice, including the moment we discuss food, share food, taste the food.... how great the picture could be. that's why i love to shot my deardear's when he is ordering, eating, drinking............. ^^
7. i found so much warmness in making friend from unseen friends through the globe (from my hometown Butterworth, Penang, Local Malaysia, Taiwan, Seattle, Germany...), sharing recipes or any other tips unselfishly. that heated up my determination in making great food.

还有里头的馅料也只有沙葛,芋头
还有我超爱的花生!
