你如有注意我寫的文字，都是會用 X 來代一個字，比如講陳伯X / 馬X人/首X 等等字句，並不是一定要寫到全名字，所以在法律來講，人家要告你也會告不進的。

月尾会把Maybank的Current Acc.关掉，
把普通储蓄户口关掉，
把一些存款转移去大众银行。
（只有这些，其他贷款都是大众的）

一人一份小力量，
合起来就是一鼓大力量。
如果Mahathir可以推行“Buy British Last”，
那么我们至少也可以尽一份小力量吧？
难道我们没有尊严的吗？

KUALA LUMPUR, May 9 (Bernama) -- Malayan Banking Bhd today said it will continue to select solicitor firms based primarily on performance, efficiency and merit, revising earlier guidelines requiring legal firms to have Bumi equity if they wanted to do business with the bank.

The bank had said in a May 4 statement that legal firms wanting to do business with it have to have at least three partners, one of whom must be a Bumi partner with a 50 percent stake.

In a statement here Wednesday, the bank said the guidelines have been revised upon review of the issues and concerns raised by various parties.

"Moving forward and with immediate effect, all solicitor firms, whether with Bumiputera or non-Bumiputera equity ownership, are eligible for consideration."

"All other revised criteria for emplacement of solicitor firms pursuant to our annual review remain unchanged," Maybank, the largest bank in the country, said.

Meanwhile, in a separate statement, the Ambank Group said it has been practising a policy of appointing legal firms that do not have Bumiputera partners for the past 20 years.

The group said it does not impose restrictions of quota of shares on the equity participation of Bumiputera partners.

It issued the statement today amid an outcry over the ruling imposed by Maybank by legal firms, chambers of commerce and some political parties, which said jobs should be given to legal firms based on merit and not on such racial quotas.

Ambank said the group has always encouraged legal firms to have Bumiputera partners to encourage Bumiputera participation in the financial services industry in respect of specialised services.

Responding to the issue earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak said in Boston on Tuesday that people must not misinterpret the government's policy of encouraging government-linked companies to give business to both Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera companies.

"There should not be any hard and fast rule but there should be efforts to help both," he said.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: The government has urged Malaysia's biggest bank not to discriminate against ethnic minorities following an uproar over the bank's plans to give benefits to law firms that are substantially owned by ethnic Malays.

Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak said Malayan Banking Bhd., or Maybank, should not merely help companies that are owned by bumiputeras, a Malay phrase meaning "sons of the soil" that refers to the ethnic Malay Muslim majority, the national news agency Bernama reported Wednesday.

"The government's policy is that we want to encourage (government-linked companies) to give work to both bumiputera and non-bumiputera" firms," Najib was quoted as telling Malaysian reporters Tuesday during a visit to the United States.
Aides accompanying Najib could not immediately be contacted.

Newspapers and lawyers have reported that Maybank recently sent letters requiring firms on its panel of solicitors to have a minimum of three partners, at least one of whom must be a Malay with a minimum stake of 50 percent in the firm.

The requirement is supposed to take effect July 1 for companies that are not yet on the bank's existing panel of legal firms, which will have a year longer to comply with the ruling.

Opposition politicians, lawyers and ethnic Chinese business leaders have condemned the plan. Maybank has denied trying to discriminate against minorities, but pledged to conduct "the necessary review (of the plan) with due consideration to the feedback received."

Najib stopped short of saying that Maybank, which is controlled by government fund manager Permodalan Nasional Bhd., should completely scrap the plan.

"We don't want this to be an issue," Bernama quoted him as saying. "They know what the government policy is. They should understand that. At times you need to give work to bumiputera companies. In some cases, you will require non-bumiputera companies so they can help out."

The issue highlights sensitivities over decades-old affirmative action policies that benefit Malays — who comprise nearly 60 percent of Malaysia's 26 million people — through government jobs, contracts, housing and other privileges aimed at boosting their corporate ownership.

Malays now own some 19 percent of corporate wealth, while ethnic Chinese control 40 percent, according to government statistics. The Chinese form about a quarter of Malaysia's population, while ethnic Indians constitute nearly 10 percent.

１）。 短期 ： 能力以内的尽量抵制。
２）。 长期 ： 发挥 是华人就不要用 MAYBANK 的精神。

要注意的一点。就算MAYBANK 改变初衷， 我们照样仇视 。唯有这样， 别人才不敢打华人的主意。

它的 ATM 到处都是，而且 ATM card 免费的，当然要用。

它的 Maybank２u，什么帐单都能还，而且免费的，当然要用。

进支票，要用它的。


杯葛什么？

它能赚利的服务都不用。

不贷款。
不存款。
不用它 on－line share transact 服务
(补充)  credit card 也不能用，它向商家抽取费用的。
一个崩都不给它赚，看它死末。

我明天就去把存款 transfer 去别家。

还有什么免费的，收费的，大家快快补充。
