新银行的房贷都是和sibor挂钩的，有些是fixed，有些是adjustable。只有DBS是和它的FD rate挂钩，不是sibor。我说UOB比较好是因为没有lock in，随时可以换。其他的多数都有lock in period。
o commemorate Singapore’s 49th National Day, OCBC has launched a video contest, in which all participants will be eligible for a variable mortgage package with low interest rates, according to media reports.
The interest rate for the first year is fixed at 0.49 percent, while the second and third year rates are currently at 1.49 and 1.69 percent respectively. This adjustable-rate package is based on the bank’s board rate, which presently stands at 4.5 percent.

你是说1/2 mil 以上？未必的。。
但是当然，如果你选择不要subsidy，有些银行可以给你比较好一点点的rate，来和你分享他们省下的cost。。
