沙布拉资源获航空执照

（吉隆坡1日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）宣布，间接子公司AeroManager私人有限公司，获颁航空营运商证书（Air Operator’s Certification，AOC）和航空服务许可证。

根据文告，AeroManager是Sapura Aero私人有限公司的独资子公司，而Sapura Aero是沙布拉资源的独资子公司。

该航空营运商证书由马来西亚民航局所颁发，而航空服务许可证，则斯由大马航空委员会（MAVCOM）发出。

沙布拉资源末季转盈为亏 因较少联号公司贡献盈利

（吉隆坡30日讯）沙布拉资源（Sapura Resources Bhd）2017财政年末季转盈为亏，蒙受205万令吉的净亏损，相比同期净赚326万令吉，主要因集团完成联号公司的脱售计划后的贡献较少。

这项脱售活动是在2016年8月24日完成，该集团以5800万令吉脱售APIIT私人有限公司的全数49%股权、以1亿6198万8000令吉脱售Asia Pacific University私人有限公司的49%股份，以及以2700万令吉脱售Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology Lanka Ltd的37.61%股权予ILMU Education Group私人有限公司。

沙布拉资源2017财年末季（截至2017年1月31日止）按年下跌18%至1304万令吉，同期报1586万令吉，主要因为航空业务的营收减少。

纵观2017财年的业绩表现，沙布拉资源的净利大幅调涨至1亿66万令吉，相较于2016财年录得的271万令吉，归功于上述脱售活动的一次性收益，合共9890万令吉。

合共4季营业额年增5.5%至5056万令吉，2016财年累计4794万令吉，因航空业务的营业额增加。

展望未来，随着教育业务脱手后，该集团的前景将由两个核心业务，即产业和航空业务所主导。

该集团指出，董事部相信，这两项业务将在过了酝酿期后将为集团带来进账。

联营强化航空业务

（吉隆坡21日讯）为了强化航空业务，沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）与DESTINI（DESTINI，7212，主板贸易股）宣布联营。

该公司周二向交易所报备，独资子公司Sapura Aero私人有限公司（SASB）与Destini Aviation私人有限公司（DASB）及Urban Fleet私人有限公司（UFSB），签署联营和股东协议。

联营公司将销售旋翼和固定翼飞机、提供飞机与直升机保养、维修与检修服务，以及干租或湿租飞机。

SASB与DASB将各持有UFSB的50%股权。UFSB于3月成立，主要业务是进出口各式货物。

沙布拉资源称，联营可改善SASB的市场，并扩大客户群至政府和区域市场。

“有DESTINI集团为伙伴，将强化SASB在航空领域的核心能力。”

双方会在3个月内，对UFSB业务和计划进行联合精密审核，并寻找管理层合适人选，包括总执行长、财务总监等。

该公司预计，联营对截至2018年1月杪财年的每股净利、净资产和负债率没有重大影响。但是，未来将贡献盈利与净资产。

沙布拉资源将动用内部资金和外部贷款来为联营融资。

继今年4月宣布有意拓展业务至组装电路板服务后，该公司已拨出500万令吉资本开销建厂，预计今年末季完工。

行家建议：

星光资源1年前获得每年5亿令吉的电子消费产品合约，但当时该产品需求过于热烈，加上缺乏资源，导致公司必须放弃无线吸尘机的生产。

如今，电子消费产品合约已进入第二年，加上劳工问题解决，我们很高兴星光资源已准备好承接新订单。

公司的最大客户早前也宣布，将在未来数年推介100项新产品。双方的密切关系，加上庞大的产能，相信能分一杯羹。

沙布拉资源航空业务可转盈

（史里肯邦安12日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）指出，与DESTINI（DESTINI，7212，主板贸易股）的联营，将可带动航空业务转亏为盈。

一名小股东今日出席沙布拉资源的年度股东大会后向媒体透露，管理层在会上表示，与DESTINI上月签署的联营计划，有望推高盈利，将航空业务转盈。

其独资子公司Sapura Aero与Destini航空签署联营和股东协议，成立Urban Fleet私人有限公司，携手销售旋翼和固定翼飞机、提供飞机与直升机保养、维修与检修服务，以及干租或湿租飞机。

Lot 91回酬9%

根据年报，截至1月底的2017财年，航空业务税前亏损按年增加17%至140万令吉。

航空业务贡献公司51%的营业额，另49%来自产业投资。

产业投资方面，管理层在会上透露，已投资9000万令吉在Lot 91发展项目，该项目的回酬达9%，预计将在2020年3月竣工。

沙布拉资源是在2014年与KLCC控股私人有限公司联营合作，成立Impian Bebas私人有限公司（IBSB）。

IBSB将负责位于吉隆坡城中城内的Lot 91发展项目，该地连接现有的城中城展览中心，主要发展成综合商务产业，包括办公楼、会议中心和零售空间。

同时，年报中也点出，Lot 91是产业投资业务未来表现的关键，竣工后将会激励办公楼净出租面积和营业额。

成立飞机维修公司

（吉隆坡22日讯）沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）与德国汉莎航空集团子公司Lufthansa Technik有限公司（LTAG）签署了解备忘录，放眼成立保养、维修与检修服务供应公司。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，独资子公司Sapura Aero私人有限公司（SASB）与LTAG签署了解备忘录，提供窄体和宽体飞机基地维修服务，主要目标市场是大马、南亚和东南亚。

LTAG专为客机提供保养、维修、检修与修改服务。

沙布拉资源称，该备忘录是为评估和协商计划铺路。接下来，双方会决定合作模式，可能是联营、投资关系、业主－租户关系，或者是三者结合。

此外，双方也会探讨生意模式和结构，及为新公司选址。

（吉隆坡29日讯）由于联号公司贡献薄弱，沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业股）截至7月杪次季，净亏210万4000令吉或每股1.51仙，按年由盈为亏。

上财年同期为净赚211万3000令吉，或每股1.51仙。

营业额则年增1.95%，从1203万令吉增至1226万4000令吉。

累计上半年，净亏185万6000令吉，也是由盈转亏；营业额扩大至2462万2000令吉，年增4.07%。

沙布拉资源昨日向交易所报备，次季和首半年由盈转亏，主要因为在脱售教育业务后，联号公司的贡献低微；所幸融资成本低，加上其他收入增加，抵消了部分冲击。

次季和首半年营业额取得增长，主要归功于航空和产业业务。

脱售资产推高比较数据．沙布拉第三季少赚99%

（吉隆坡6日讯）基于脱售APIIT教育集团一次性盈余不再，沙布拉资源（SAPRES，4596，主板产业组）截至2017年10月31日第三季净利大跌99.58%，从前期的9832万1000令吉降至41万2000令吉。

第三季净利大减，拖累9个月由盈转亏，录得净亏损144万4000令吉，前期是净利1亿零271万3000令吉。

不过，营业额增加9.1%至1293万7000令吉，拉高9个月营业额5.75%至3755万9000令吉。

该公司发文告表示，公司前景由产业和航空两大核心业务驱动，产业市场虽疲弱，但公司对产业投资持长期态度，而航空营业额将随机库和相关航天服务扩张持续增长。

“有鉴于此，董事部相信随着这些业务趋向成熟，将为公司创造更多价值。”

The Company wishes to announce that Mercu Sapura Sdn Bhd (“MSSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 October 2018 entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement (“Agreement”) with Dilog Training & Services Sdn Bhd (“DTSSB”) to regulate their relationship as shareholders of a joint venture company (“JVCO”) which is to be determined later and to effectively collaborate by drawing upon skills, expertise, experience and capabilities of each other for all parties’ mutual benefits and profits in the undertaking of the business of provision of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for narrow body commercial aircraft in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
