(吉隆坡23日讯)富阁苑(FOCAL,8206,主板产业股)将从12月26日(周四),股名从“FOCAL”,改为“ECOWLD”,而股票编号维持不变。
根据文告,上述改名是配合该公司已易名为“Eco World发展集团有限公司”。

今年9月,Eco World与刘添雄,即实达集团(SPSETIA,8664,主板产业股)总裁兼总执行长丹斯里刘启盛之子,跟富阁苑多名大股东达成协议,以每股1.40令吉,或总值2亿3068万令吉,购入富阁苑65.05%股权晋身为大股东。

如买进最少要买多少张?价格又如何算?

富阁苑接UMA 2因素股价波动

(吉隆坡6日讯)过去几个交易日持续大热上涨的富阁苑(ECOWLD,8206,主板產业股),今日终於接获大马交易所发出的不寻常交易活动询问(UMA)。这也促使该股今日午盘回吐今日所有的涨幅,收报4.36令吉,反跌3仙。       

该股週一以4.51令吉开跑,持续走高,上探4.85令吉的最高水平,在接获大马交易所不寻常交易活动询问后,该股回吐涨幅,於尾盘触及全天最低的4.30令吉,以4.36令吉掛收,下滑3仙或0.683%。其成交量为602万1000股,高於上周五的314万5500股。

富阁苑在回函中表示,致使公司股价波动的原因或许有2个。

第一,隨著Eco世界发展公司展开的强制性收购行动已经结束,富阁苑高层目前正检討Eco世界发展公司的业务、营运和未来发展计划,包括收购地皮或產业。

第二,一些媒体报导將Eco世界发展公司列为今年应受关注的上市公司之一,並引述消息指Eco世界短期內配股或注入资產。但Eco世界目前未落实任何企业计划。除了上述两因素,该公司未察觉其他可导致股价异常波动的原因。

隨著由多名实达集团(SPSetia,8664,主板產业股)前高层人士,及董事经理丹斯里刘启盛的儿子刘添雄组成的Eco世界发展控股私人有限公司向富阁苑(前称FOCAL)提出的全面献购建议后,该股摆脱了之前长期低迷的趋势。

Eco世界发展控股私人有限公司及刘添雄,以每股1.40令吉或总值2亿3069万令吉,收购富阁苑的1亿6477股,或占缴足资本65.05%股权,並对剩余的34.95%股权做出全面献购。

自去年12月26日起,富阁苑將股票名称从「Focal」转换至「ECOWLD」。这项行动將该公司股价推向更高水平。从26日的3.36令吉至1月3日的4.39令吉,该股已经上涨超过30%。

Eco世界发展控股是由实达集团前董事所经营,大股东包括丹斯里阿都拉希和拿督梁国华。市场揣测,这是刘启盛离开实达集团前的部署,也有传言指,还有其他资深职员將陆续离职,並加入Eco世界发展控股担任要职。

Reference is made to the query received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 January 2014 pertaining to the sharp rise in price and volume in ECOWLD’s shares recently.

The Board of Directors of Eco World Development Group Berhad (formerly known as Focal Aims Holdings Berhad) (“EWD” or “the Company”) wish to append below the reply in the sequence of enquiries in accordance with paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“LR”):

1. Whether there is any corporate development relating to your Group’s business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the trading activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including status of the corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decision;

Following the close of the mandatory take-over offer of the Company by Eco World Development Holdings Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Maple Quay Sdn Bhd) (“Eco World Holdings”) and Liew Tian Xiong (“Offer”), the management is currently undertaking a review of the business, operations and future plans of EWD and its subsidiaries (“Group”). Such review includes possible acquisition of additional viable land banks and/or property developments from third parties and/or from the Major Shareholders or persons connected to them, which may include any of those companies/assets held under Eco World Development Sdn Bhd (“Review”). Such acquisitions, if any, will be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations or guidelines and due announcement will be released accordingly. To date, no decision on any corporate proposal has been made by the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Review was also disclosed as part of the future plans for the Group in the offer document dated 22 October 2013 for the Offer. After further enquiries, the Board of Directors of the Company are not aware of any corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs that have not been previously announced that may account for the trading activities.

2. Whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the trading activity and in this respect, you are required to comply with Paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of LR;

Pursuant to the announcement of the Offer, there has been numerous articles and reports published by the media speculating on the business and affairs of the Group, such as the “10 stocks to watch in 2014” article published in The Star dated 4 January 2014 (“Article”). The Article has listed the Company as one of the top stocks to watch in 2014 and stated that “sources say announcements on the company’s corporate exercise, which might include a placement and/or asset injection, could be done in the near-term”.
As highlighted in item (1) above, the Company is currently conducting the Review and the Board of Directors of the Company has not decided on any corporate proposal at this stage and are not aware of any corporate development relating to the Group’s business and affairs that have not been previously announced.

3. Whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity; and

Save as mentioned in items (1) and (2) above, the Board of Directors and major shareholders of the Company are not aware of any circumstance that may account for the trading activities.

4. Whether you are in compliance with the Bursa Securities LR, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of the LR on immediate disclosure obligations.

The Board of Directors are of the view that the Company is in compliance with Paragraph 9.03 of the LR.

起伏15%‧怡閣世界如坐過山車

(吉隆坡16日訊)“劉啟盛”效益持續發酵,怡閣世界(ECOWLD,8206,主板產業組)經歷週三跌,今日股價猶如坐上過山車忽高忽低,全日股價起伏超過15%。

終場揚31仙

該股開盤微起1仙至3令吉84仙,盤中一度隨大市走跌,最低見3令吉58仙,挫26仙或6.78%,但後在機構投資者趁低買進下,股價上演絕地大反攻,最高起35仙或9.14%至4令吉18仙,終場收報4令吉14仙,起31仙,成為全場第二大漲幅股。

S J證券高級抽傭經紀吳繼宗表示,隨著實達集團(SPSETIA,8664,主板產業組)首席執行員丹斯里劉啟盛之子--劉添雄崛起成為大股東,怡閣世界在過去一段時間已成為市場炒作的對象。

“許多投資者相信即將在今年離開實達集團的劉啟盛將幫助塑造怡閣世界的未來,而該股今日走揚主要是機構投資者在週四套利後重新歸位,但除此之外,我們並不清楚公司有任何新發展可以推動股價走高。”

肯納格研究認為,怡閣世界股價的立即阻力和支持水平分別落在3令吉77仙和4令吉47仙。

《彭博社》數據顯示,怡閣世界今年為止已走揚38仙或10%,從去年杪的3令吉80仙漲至4令吉18仙,比較一年前的35.5仙更是翻了10倍以上。(星洲日報/財經)

传ECOWLD 竞标槟190公顷土地

(吉隆坡5日讯)传,ECOWLD(ECOWLD,8206,主板产业股)有意竞标邻近槟城第二大桥着陆点--峇都加湾(Batu Kawan)的190公顷土地。

若夺标,ECOWLD将成为峇都加湾的最大地主。

目前,ECOWLD在全马各地拥有约1200公顷地库,其中在槟城有40公顷。

《商业时报》引述消息来源报道,ECOWLD目前是该土地的唯一有意竞标者,预期该竞标底价由每平方尺45令吉起。

有关地段位处于山丘上的土地,由槟城发展机构(PDC)在去年8月开始接受建议书邀请函(RFP)。

槟城发展机构要求,夺标者必须在该土地发展一个面积达60公顷的高尔夫球度假村。

除了上述涵盖高尔夫球度假村的190公顷土地,此建议书邀请函还包括另一块87公顷的国际主题公园发展计划。【南洋网财经】

我在RM4.75 卖了,后来有跌一点时又慢慢的买回来。平均价RM4.195。这个月好像会出业绩哦!

怡閣首季淨利萎縮88%

(吉隆坡25日訊)“丹斯里劉啟盛”效應有待發酵,怡閣世界(ECOWLD,8206,主板產業組)截至2013年12月31日止第一季淨利萎縮88.1%,由663萬2千令吉減至78萬7千令吉。

第一季營業額減少35.1%,從3千483萬7千令吉降至2千262萬令吉。

該公司在初步報告中說,兩大房產項目Kota Masai和Saujana Glenmarie的銷量和進賬減少,影響了業績表現。

該公司補充,隨著新股東和劉啟盛的兒子劉添雄入主,他們正檢討上述房產項目。

該公司曾在1月6日的文告中說,正考慮增購地庫,以及向大股東或相關人士及第三方收購既有房產項目等計劃。

劉啟盛是實達集團(SPSETIA,8664,主板產業組)靈魂人物,將在5月卸下總裁兼首席執行員職位,並披露未來將著重於指導孩子經營公司。(星洲日報/財經)

打造依斯干达附属特区 ECOWLD哥打马赛推新产业

(新山3日讯)ECOWLD(ECOWLD,8206,主板产业股)在未来3至6个月,将在柔佛巴西古当(Pasir Gudang)哥打马赛(Kota Masai)城镇推出新发展项目。

ECOWLD主席兼总执行长拿督曾建华表示,城镇占地1005.23英亩,新发展项目则占未发展地库401.04公顷,料让公司未来6至8年持续忙碌。

曾建华表示,要将哥打马赛重新打造,成为依斯干达发展特区附属特区———东门开发区(Eastern Gate Development Corridor)最受追捧的城镇。

在这之前,曾建华曾表示,巴西古当-马赛区不被大部分柔南买家纳入雷达内,但自从依斯干达发展特区在2006年推出后开始出现转变。

根据《星报》报导,曾建华是在日前的股东大会后,向记者发表谈话。

续增购地库

目前至少有三家挂牌产业公司,在该区域进行城镇发展项目,曾建华深信,东门开发区将成为依斯干达发展特区另一轮增长动力。

曾建华表示,该401.04公顷土地规模,足以作为城镇总体规划改造,以提振公司发展总值和盈利。

他表示,有关发展将是围篱式与备有保安,经过精心设计的有地住宅,并具备生态居住元素。

此外,该城镇也将从东南柔佛油气和其他工业项目带来的经济活动受惠。

未来,ECOWLD将持续从第三方或主要股东、相关人士寻觅新地库和产业发展。

目前,该公司有2项发展项目,即依斯干达发展特区的哥打马赛,以及巴生谷的Saujana Glenmarie。【南洋网财经】


绿盛世计划3大热区购地

(吉隆坡4日讯)绿盛世(ECOWLD,8206,主板產业股)透露计划在三大热区购买地皮,唯对公司未来的发展策略则不愿多谈。

针对实达集团(SPSETIA,8664,主板產业股)总裁兼首席执行员丹斯里刘启盛离职之后,是否加盟绿盛世的问题,绿盛世首席执行员曾建华也不愿作出任何回应。        

曾建华在EcoSky发展项目动土活动后的记者会上表示,绿盛世將专注于巴生谷、依斯干达及檳城,计划在此3大热点进一步收购更多地皮。

然而,对于该公司接下来的发展项目等,则不愿作出披露,只表示希望EcoSky发展项目的第3阶段,可以尽快售罄。

EcoSky发展项目是该公司在吉隆坡的第一个发展项目。EcoSky发展项目共有3栋住宅大厦,分別为Aurora、Basalta及Clarita,总面积为9.6英亩,发展总值(GDV)达到10亿令吉。

曾建华透露,目前Aurora及Basalta住宅大厦共有655个单位,非土著单位已取得全面认购,而目前的总认购率则高于80%,EcoSky发展项目预测將会2017年完成。他也指出,目前该公司的產业发展活动主要是在巴生谷、依斯干达及檳城,其总地库为3000英亩,分別为巴生谷1000英亩地皮、檳城的100英亩地皮,及剩余的则位於依斯干达,预测总发展价值为300亿令吉。【东方网财经】


绿盛世次项综合计划 EcoSky年杪贡献盈利

(吉隆坡4日讯)绿盛世(ECOWLD,8206,主板产业股)于巴生谷的首项综合发展计划EcoSky,首两栋公寓的认购率已达80%,发展总值达10亿令吉的计划,预计将在年底为公司贡献盈利。

该公司总执行长拿督曾建华表示,位于首都怡保路的EcoSky计划公寓项目在去年底推介,首阶段推出的两栋服务式公寓颇受欢迎,公司计划在今年3月推出第三栋公寓。

“这三栋公寓共建设975个单位,面积介于861平方尺至1905平方尺,目前售价为每平方尺650令吉,整体工程预计耗时3年半,预计将在2017年5月完工。”

他今天在记者会上指出,面积达9.6英亩的EcoSky综合发展计划,发展项目除了公寓,还包括35个零售与办公单位。

EcoSky今日由联邦直辖区部长拿督斯里东姑安南与吉隆坡市长拿督斯里阿末费沙主持动土礼。

积极寻优质地库

出席记者会者还包括绿盛世主席丹斯里阿都拉昔、总营运长拿督拉祖、董事刘添雄、丹斯里李霖泰及拿督梁国华。

该项计划也是绿盛世的第二项发展项目,该公司的首项发展计划为柔州努沙再也的EcoBotanic发展计划。

他表示,公司正积极寻找具有发展潜质的地库,但并未锁定任何地点。

绿盛世目前于全马拥有3000英亩土地,其中100英亩位于槟城、1000英亩在巴生谷,1900英亩位于依斯干达。

拒谈刘启盛去向

1. Introduction
The Board of Directors of ECO wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 March 2014 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each fully paid up in the capital of Maple Kingdom Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1076389-M) ("MKSB") for a total cash consideration of RM2/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Two) only ("Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, MKSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ECO.

2. Details of MKSB
MKSB was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on 3 January 2014. The authorised share capital of MKSB is RM400,000/- divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each. The issued and paid-up share capital of MKSB is RM2/- divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1/- each. MKSB is currently dormant.

3. Financial Effects
The Acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per shares, gearing and net assets per share of ECO.

4. Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interest
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of ECO and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.

5. Statement by the Directors
The Board of Directors of ECO, having considered all aspects of the Acquisition, are of the opinion that the Acquisition is in the best interest of ECO.
