（吉隆坡17日訊）東南亞木材（SEAL，4286，主要板房產）建議發行2150萬股或等同其股本的10%，籌措860萬令吉以充作未來12個月的營運資本。

東南亞木材向馬證交所報備指，上述籌措資金將用于旗下房地產發展及建築項目，包括支付承包商及建材供應商、營運及行銷支出。

截至本月7日，東南亞木材一共有發行及繳足資本8620萬令吉，涵蓋一共2億1550萬股，不包括590萬庫存股。

東南亞木材指，上述股票將供指定第三方投資者認購；並會在獲馬證交所批準后一次性發行或在6個月內分多次發行，估計上述活動可在明年首季完成。【中国报财经】
