（吉隆坡4日訊）德斯狄尼（DESTINI，7212，主要板貿易）約3900萬股或11.7%股權，以低于市價的每股25仙在場外易手。

若以3日閉市價35.5仙計算，該脫售價較市價低10.5仙或29.5%，變相遭貶值脫售。

該股在今日午盤共有約3900萬股或11.7%股權，在場外遭脫售，不過今日走勢卻平平無奇，今早平盤35.5仙開市后即下滑，休市跌1仙至34.5仙，成交量僅24萬600股。

德斯狄尼閉市收34.5仙，跌1仙，成交量50萬5600股。

近期該公司剛向第3方投資者配售3300萬股新股，佔公司股本10%，2日宣佈定價每股30仙，較5日平均交易價33.3仙折價3.3仙或9.9%。

該公司去年9月13日剛宣佈完成重組計劃，並連續2個季度錄淨利，順利脫離PN17公司行列。

為大展拳腳，德斯狄尼亦宣佈將會斥資1480萬令吉，購買新土地設立新總部，整合旗下的業務。

（吉隆坡4日訊）德斯迪尼（DESTINI,7212,主板貿服組）強調將在錄得連續兩季盈利後申請脫離PN17公司，馬股炒家趁勢掀起陷困股炒作浪潮，帶動一些PN17公司今日大有斬獲。

其中，熱門榜榜首霸迪瑪電腦（PATIMAS,7042,主板科技組）全天漲1.5仙或42.86%，同樣擠上熱門榜的銀鳥（SILVER,7136,主板消費品組）更一度大漲9仙或180%，閉市漲4仙或80%，另一家PN17公司綜合橡膠（IRCB,2127,主板工業產品組），全天漲1仙或8%。

抽傭經紀說，多隻PN17股今日價量暴漲，相信是炒家希望藉此吸引市場投資者注意力。

“炒家趁機猛推PN17股項，希望吸引投機客進場，散戶宜加倍警惕這類型股項炒風，畢竟PN17公司重組非一朝一夕能完成。＂據他觀察，PN17公司脫困速度近期有所提昇，可能意味監管局態度有所改變，炒家開始藉此機會吸引散戶入場購買這類型股票。

他也說，這類型炒作在1月份較常見，原因是元月效應帶動大市上漲，市場情緒在本月份也比較強健，因受薪人士往往此時獲派花紅。

另一方面，德斯迪尼今日有一批為數3千900萬股或11.7%股權，以每股25仙在場外易手，較週四閉市價折價10仙或29.5仙。

德斯狄尼 獲國防部延長合約

（吉隆坡23日訊）德斯狄尼（DESTINI，7212，主要板貿易）宣佈，獲得國防部延長合約多達3年，及額外合約上限值400萬令吉。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備此事，獨資子公司Destini Prima私人有限公司在22日接獲國防部頒發書，欲延長合約，從去年11月27日至2015年11月26日。

上述合約主要工作是為大馬空陸軍（PUTD）提供安全設施的維修服務、支援、測試等工作。

（吉隆坡19日讯）Destini（Destini，7212，主板贸服股）截至3月31日首季净利报241万1000令吉，较上财年同期的143万6000令吉，劲扬67.9%。
首季营业额则报1633万8000令吉，上涨94.96%。上财年同期录得838万令吉。

Destini向马交所报备，营业额和税前盈利上涨，主要是公司去年12月收购子公司。

（吉隆坡3日訊）德斯狄尼（DESTINI，7212，主要板貿易）財務狀況不再觸及馬股主要板上市條例2.1，正式退出PN 17公司行列。

馬證交今日透過文告強調，將持續觀察該公司未來的財務情況；德斯狄尼今日閉市股價報35仙，跌1仙，成交量報106萬4000股。

德斯狄尼早前于1月22日至4月2日期間，曾以241萬1799令吉，收購SMR科技（SMR，0117，創業板科技股）1032萬股，並指出冀望透過更多樣化方式取得更高營業額。

另外，德斯狄尼也將擴展旗下商業部門服務，及提供更多新服務，如科技和人力資源培訓和諮詢服務等。

With the completion of the regularisation plan, the Company has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has decided to approve the Company's application for upliftment from being classified as a PN17 Company. （吉隆坡23日訊）德斯狄尼（DESTINI，7212，主要板貿易）今日起脫離PN17行列，大受投資者追捧交投大熱，躋身10大熱門股榜，股價盤中一度揚高2.5仙或7%。

該股早盤甫開市，即起1.5仙，以37仙迎市，交易3分鐘升幅擴大，揚高2.5仙至38仙；休市時則掛在37.5仙，起2仙，半日計有1194萬1000股易手。

午盤間，德斯狄尼走勢穩定，截至下午3點半，該股報37仙，起1.5仙，成交量1217萬6500股。

德斯狄尼闊別馬股3年，終于去年第3季完成重組，並在8月13日恢復交易，較后為大展拳腳，計劃斥資1480萬令吉，購買新土地設立新總部，方便整合旗下業務。
