我才来新加坡工作不久，原本是想拿了第一份薪水才去开户头，谁知道昨天去的时候，钱庄的人说，work permit  ...

他没说是ATM WITHDRAWAL..是在counter.BRANCH才会要收钱把~

     Operating Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
     (Mondays – Friday, excluding Public Holidays)
We will contact you within 10 working days of our receipt of the documents to fix an appointment for your employees to collect their passbooks and ATM cards.
Step 3:
Arrange for your employees to visit the Account Services Centre (for Work Permit holders) with their original work permit cards and passports during the scheduled appointment.

不用排队，全岛很多地方都有。。。MRT大多数都有ATM。。。而且还是Touch Screen ...

Eligibility and Requirement
The employer must have a DBS Corporate Current Account.

Fees
A S$2 fall-below fee will apply if the average daily balance in the account is below S$500 for the month.
A S$2 monthly ATM withdrawal fee will apply if the customer makes more than 4 ATM cash withdrawals in the month.
A S$2 fee will apply for each cash withdrawal of S$2,000 or less, at any DBS/POSB branch.
S$20 early account closure fee if the account is closed within 6 months.
Replacements of ATM card or passbook are chargeable at S$5 and S$15 respectively.

就是说不能拿钱超过4次

问题是大多数公司的薪水都是存进这两间银行的
所以还是多麻烦都要开咯
不过限制人家一人只可以提4次钱是 几过分一下咯！！！！

OCBC礼拜天有开，方便。
它的ATM卡可以使用于UOB的ATM机，NTUC Fairprice里现在大都有OCBC的存款提款机。

那是想當年的事了。。。
當年開的戶口還用到現在，
不過相信有一天會要關掉的。。。
POSB已不再是人民銀行了。。。

我前两个月去我公司附近的UOB申请account，柜台的小姐跟我说不是每个WP都可以申请的，然后她帮我check了过后，我可以申请。我拿了号码等了半个小时，去到那里那一个安娣就跟我说，你的公司不是开UOB的你不可以在这里开，叫我去开跟我公司一样的！！！气死我！

好像只針對WP HOLDER。。 ePASS 的應該可以去BRANCHES開的。。現在WP真的變成最低下階層的說。哈。不過沒關係啦，就像一位朋友說的，冬瓜不存存西瓜咯~
發現UOB很好用啦。只是這裡的銀行不像馬來西亞的,不管你是哪家的ATM caRD，任何一間銀行的ATM MACHINE都可以用~ 這就是新加坡比不上馬來的一個地方
*繼續鄙視所謂的人民銀行。現在成了公民銀行了吧。
看到那些DXS/PXBS的人ATM排長龍，我卻可以一下子就提到款 XD

   對咯！也是我公司叫我去開POSB的。。結果卻那麼麻煩，我就問她說可以開別家銀行的吧，她說可以，不過爲了方便，還是叫我去SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM, 開個POSB的也好。。=。=麻煩勒。我打算不開POSB了。。大不了薪水出了拿了CHEQUE 就BANK IN UOB 咯~

問一下啊，如果公司用的是DBS的CHEQUE,我可以直接CHEQUE DEPOSIT（machine）到UOB戶口嗎？第一次工作，不是很懂。。
