现在什麽银行的housing loan最低？？

哇～原来几年前被政界人物shoot到上法庭的CTOS是＂国家银行的＂？

这是我找到的资料。。。

CCRIS (Central Credit Reference Information System) - defaulted payment for a few months(lawyer letters or some kind of red letters), that includes telephone bill. You can get loan from some bank. Major banks will ask you to settle the outstanding amount before approving your application.

CTOS (Credit Tip Off Service Sdn. Bhd) - You are totally blacklisted, presumably you are near bankrupt. Unlikely bank will approve your loan application but it is still possible.

第一张credit card是需要薪水单的。。。所以不能乱写。。。但接下来apply credit card就只需要existing credit card的copy。。。薪水倒没那么重要了。。。

Loan Package: Don't Select Hleong and Axbaxk bank!
Real case I met happened, Careful such case!
HLeong, 1st Offer letter give  Lock in Period: 3yrs only, but interest not as good as competitor,.
Later Gave Ur 2nd Offer Letter better interest than competitor, but Lock-in Period change to 5yrs without notice and talk to u!
Such case happen In Ipoh Branch espcially! Signed up ady agreement and discovered, so totally reject HLeong package.
Then High management fee in Hleong bank will be charged for any inquiries.

Axbaxk case,
My sister case, This bank never giv statement and notice letter even pay less....
Bad management bank, my sister pay less monthly instalment, aftr few yrs...
the principal of amount become more and more, so outstanding balance become more than amount lend for new house...
Luckily I found for her. Such Axbank only want earn interest and let u die even u pay less for interest and fine default interest without any notice and calls.

So totally we ban  these 2 bank Hleong and Axbaxk dun ask for these bank loan package.
