i also from HR , in retail line ~~
& as i know, HR recruit others position is quite ok & easy ....but if recruit HR position, they will try their best to ask those difficult & different question as they can .....

不好意思，漏了你。。。
Mr A got the black and white?? when a employee resign have 2 send the resignation letter to Hr, HR manager have to sign it and approve then the letter have to show which date is the last day.

如果没有，一，赔钱走人，二，留下看老板脸色 to serve all the notice period.

不错再retail line... 但看你应该还很年轻吧? 为什么会选人事部这一行?几年经验了??
其实请其他职位也不定容易, 你说得也对,同行对同行, 当然会别有一番的情况出现...

对对对，如果你曾经是interviewer,你去interview时，你的态度也会很不一样的

not young anymore ..... 25yo already, 35 days left will be 26yo .... old already ~~

3 years experience in HR already, but feel like not gain wat experience in my company now ........
as i am male, 2nd is i dun have degree, only have diploma plus not in HR field also ........
3rd, i am quite friendly & can deal & liase & communicate with most all the collegue, until my manager not willing to let me touch payroll & some confidential 's matter ........... plus ........ in HR & in this company 3 years already, salary still not get 2K , abit sad & disappointed on it .... feel want to look for better career here ............ but .... 1 word --- "SUSAH"

Last time me also like tht, dun have the chances to touch payroll, they i leave the company with angry :@ :@

Your title should be HR Executive right?? my suggestion is if u have the financial to further degree.. u should go, coz in HR, cert is important ...

So mind 2 know why u choosed HR? coz as a guy , seldom ppl wil choosed HR for their career...

haiz .... sad , i am HR Exec lah .... jz a HR assistant only ~~
& u ask why i chose HR field ar .... erm... jz feel i like it loh, and when i was young , study in secondary school, i am prefect school & sport , i like to know everything of the organization & alot of thing ....

我也没有hr的文凭。。 只要你有ba 就可以了。。。
你说你是巡查员，就想当人事部啊？？ 那我就跟你倒反了，在学校我是有名的坏孩子。。。

i agreed tht in Hr can more understand about the process and procedure of a company.. mayb this make u feel interested. do u feel regret??

try to jump to another company la, u might get a better pay and opportunity, coz if u get < 2k, how can u survive in PJ with your age??

ya , i know.... actually i dun mind the title, most important is wat u learn & pay .......
no.... i never regret ...... i wish i can get a HR job tat can handle payroll & etc .............

i also wish can get a better job, as i say b4, i dun have cert in HR or Admin .... difficult to get a HR job ...... but i am intend to further study ........

me ar ...... swimming (dry & wet), bowling, movie & singing .... yum cha but not clubbing ~~

As wat i know, non a company will recruit a payroll without experiance candidates..

you have to further study,.. but i m not sure without a BA diploma can further degree o not.. u can ask segi college for part time...

hahaha .... tats ok for me .... i dun mind is male or female , as long as Human .... then is ok .....
thats why i am still searching company tat willing to train those dun have payroll experience .........

yes, i already ask segi college, they say mostly can..... as i have my diploma in XXX management , can take the degree in Business Management ....... i am now waiting my previous college to send me the transcript ......

I m prefer basketbal, last time after work having dry mahjung but now no kaki at all...i m younger than u.. from Klang...
Previously i spend quite many time to search for those company who need payroll, get rejected... therefore now i change other role in HR.. .actually i dun like payroll, but i found payroll will more easy to get job....
i haven graduate from segi.. wish me able 2 graduate by tis year la...
