Firstly I would like to apologize here for typing English in this Chinese forum, as I don’t really know how to type Chinese using the computer. Secondly I would like to note that I am not here to say who is wrong and who is right, that will be up to the police to settle it and thirdly, I would like to clarify on what 雷丘儿 mentioned,which is not entirely correct.
雷丘儿, you said you don’t believe that the motorcyclist was driving at the speed between 30– 40km/h, well because you say that the bonnet of the Saga dented significantly right? You say that the person was lying about it just by looking at the dented bonnet? Can’t believe that you are so naive. I've seen the dent on the Saga and I just want to ask that do you know cars are designed to absorb impact? Well if you study physics before you should know that in order to absorb impact the force must be dispersed and slowed down. That’s why the car bonnet dented.
And one more thing, do you know that a car are designed to absorb impact from as low as 20km/h when in motion? In other words a car will still dent if you were driving at low speed and crash into a rigid body. And at speed between 30-40, why not? Even if I use a hammer and knock the car it will still dent right? You cant be saying that the force of my hand match with a traveling force more than 40km/h?? Unless I'm a superman then that will be possible. Do get some solid evidence before say something will ya? And about the rear window,let say if I take a helmet and hit the window with my human force, what will happen? You should know the answer.
And another thing is that damn you 雷丘儿 how can you say things like that. I heard that the passenger of the car escaped with minor injuries but for the motorcyclist, he got a fractured hand and required surgery in order to recover. And his friend got some bruise and cuts, and you still saying that he is lying and everything?? Can't you be more considerate? That person is fighting for his life there and you are still talking nonsense here? Even animals do care about their own species and you are a human with the greatest intelligence but still acting worst than an animal?Gosh what’s wrong with you.. What if you were in that motorcyclist's shoe and I say all those things to you. How do you feel??
For your information that motocyclist is my friend and he is having a very hard time now. Again I am not here to say who is right and who is wrong. But if there is anyone who is saying false thing, I will be here to defend him. Do use your brain before you talk.

我有一位旧同学，拉曼生。。在2-3年前，在金宝拉曼大马路被巴士撞死了
