西马那边这么多东西买, 那么多娱乐, 诱惑很大, 也难怪住那边存不到钱.. 东马这里, 实在没有什么很诱惑人花钱的东西.. |

Cawangan baru Carrefour

PEMBINAAN LANCAR: Empat lagi cawangan baru Carrefour di seluruh negara babitkan pelaburan RM300 juta.
Setiap lokasi dianggar babitkan pelaburan antara RM15j hingga RM100j
CARREFOUR Malaysia merancang membuka sekurang-kurangnya empat lagi cawangan baru di seluruh negara tahun ini membabitkan pelaburan berjumlah kira-kira RM300 juta.
Pengarah Urusan Carrefour Malaysia dan Singapura, Shafie Shamsuddin, berkata ini termasuk cawangan di Kuantan yang akan dibuka penghujung bulan ini, manakala dua lagi dikenali pasti dibuka di Mutiara Damansara dan Johor Bahru.
Katanya, pembukaan setiap cawangan dianggarkan membabitkan pelaburan antara RM15 juta hingga RM100 juta.
"Kami juga merancang untuk membuka cawangan pertama di Sabah dan Sarawak yang dijangka dilaksanakan dalam tempoh dua tahun lagi," katanya ketika ditemui pada majlis perjumpaan antara syarikat Perancis dengan wakil media di Kuala Lumpur, semalam.
Carrefour kini mempunyai 13 cawangan di Malaysia dan operasinya dikendalikan oleh Magnificient Diagraph Sdn Bhd yang 30 peratus kepentingannya dikuasai Syarikat Pesaka Antah yang dikuasai keluarga diraja Negeri Sembilan.
Shafie berkata, pihaknya mahu menjadikan cawangan baru di Kuantan lebih mesra pengguna, terutama untuk orang kurang upaya (OKU).
Katanya, cawangan Kuantan itu akan menjadi satu-satunya cawangan Carrefour memiliki kemudahan OKU yang dinaik taraf serta memenuhi tuntutan golongan berkenaan dalam pelbagai segi.
"Jika berjaya, kami akan menawarkan kemudahan OKU ini di semua 13 cawangan sedia ada supaya bersesuaian dengan keperluan pelanggan Carrefour yang merangkumi pelbagai golongan," katanya.

Carrefour to open 3 new hypermarkets

CARREFOUR Malaysia will open three additional hypermarkets in the Klang Valley by end-January, Marketing and Communications Director for Malaysia and Singapore Low Ngai Yuen said.
"This will bring the total number of Carrefour hypermarkets operating in West Malaysia to 22 by the end of this month," Low said.
Carrefour has no presence in East Malaysia and was now negotiating with several parties in Sabah and Sarawak to set up its hypermarkets there.
"Not stopping in East Malaysia, we are also looking at opportunities to open hypermarkets in Kelantan and Terengganu where we have no presence yet," Low told Bernama after the launch of Carrefour's nationwide Chinese New Year campaign today.
Carrefour Malaysia's Chief Executive Officer Guillaume de Colonges was recently reported as saying that the company aimed to double the number of hypermarkets in Malaysia to 40 by 2012.
He said Carrefour was positioning itself to emerge as the top foreign hypermarket operator in Malaysia.
Meanwhile, when asked about the market penetration of Malaysia's halal products to other regional markets, Low said Malaysia was respected, globally, as a leading halal products manufacturer.
"We have been bringing small-and-medium entrepreneurs, especially those involved in the halal market, to participate in international food fairs to help promote Malaysian halal products abroad.
"In 2008, we brought them to the International Paris Food Fair and Dubai and Singapore to learn new things while securing more markets for halal products in these countries," she added.
Low said the French halal market was huge and Carrefour provided exclusive halal corners in all their stores in France. She added Carrefour Singapore also provided halal corners in two of their stores due to demand for these products in the republic.
Carrefour, is the world's number two most successful retailer with more than15,430 stores in 31 countries globally.

其实那么多
对我在马六甲来说
最多人逛的就是tesco了
giant和carre4的地点太不好了=.=
现在jusco正在te ...

富丽华百货部物标太高，相反地跟大强比较下，大强地点好，物价善可接受。永升有时贵有时还好，汉利就是太小了，走路有点困难，连冠物品价格便宜，可是选择不多。 |

是有聽說Giant計劃在詩巫開一間霸級市場，地點在Ulu Sungai Merah那一帶。因為那裡有清理了一塊很大的空地，然後又豎一個牌，不過沒說是甚麼東西。不過那一帶開霸級市場沒有甚麼奇怪，因為那裡已經有超過5000間新房屋，未來還會興建更多房屋。 |
