真的是太多了, 如果没进GYM房健身,胆固醇level会飙升。

我现在也是属于偏瘦型, 食量惊人可是怎么吃也不长肉, 我有健身的习惯, 或许我要把健身计划改变下,请问在SUPPLEMENT方面我比较适合WHEY PROTEIN还是MASS PROTEIN, 因为目前我使用WHEY PROTEIN效果并不理想~ |

偏瘦型就拿weigh gainer 或mass gain.以我的经验,whey protein是不能增重的。然后每餐carbo加多一点点,carbo就是麦片,饭,corn,potato之类。 |
