佳礼有没有人买了这个project的屋子或店啊?听说大多数都是sibu人买。。很少kuching人买。。 |

我看有可能都不会建那个mall,个人觉得。
屋子好卖,不代表会旺。古晋的店屋会不会太多了? |

Kuching City Mall shop houses now available

KUCHING: Kuching City Mall Development Sdn Bhd has completed 89 units of three-storey shop houses at Phase 5 and Phase 6 of the Kuching City Mall commercial centre.

COMMERCIAL CENTRE: The development comprises five acres of two-storey lifestyle shopping mall, two podiums of condominiums, 89 units of three- storey shophouses, 42 units of single lock-up shops, 659 units of modern concept residential houses.
The 103-acre development project comprises five acres of two-storey lifestyle shopping mall, two podiums of condominiums, 89 units of three- storey shophouses, 42 units of single lock-up shops, 659 units modern concept residential houses.
It has ample parking spaces with more than 2,500 car parks in total and will feature two upcoming associations, Foo Chow and Wong.
The Phase 7 single-storey lock-up shops are now near completion. The units which face the proposed wet market are linked to the shopping mall entrance. The developer is also in the preparatory stages for the condominiums and two-storey shopping mall by next year.
It is also in the application stage of proposing a ‘cat walk’ comprising 150 stalls to be operated during the weekend near the commercial centre.
Kuching City Mall which is located along the new expressway, 4½ Mile off Penrissen Road, is already linked by a surfaced road to Taman Desa Wira and Batu Kawah MJC one and a half kilometers away, with SRK Arang Road immediately adjacent to it.

我有一间在phase 5 No.9, 有兴趣要租可以联络我。古晋市经大路的店屋大多都买不起了。 101 area1.5/1.6 mill, Tranquility 1.3mil. 决定买下来是看好以后的前景。Residential将会越来越多。很多朋友现在都住到jln stephen yong哪里了。而且靠大路的店屋因该不会差到哪里。以前101 一开始也不被看好。现在rental都是乱乱来。希望 city mall会成功。 |
