不知他卖了没有.....

我还是看不出Ogawa跟其他牌子有什么不一样的地方。感觉上OSIM是老大，是品质的象征，价钱也是最贵的。除了OSIM之外，其他牌子感觉都是一样，而且大家抄来抄去。。。

前几天去Gintell试坐她的按摩椅，蛮舒服，而且价钱还不算贵。看来这行业将越来越迈向红海了。

（吉隆坡11日訊）奧佳華（OGAWA，5128，主板貿服組）獨資子公司健康世界生活型態私人有限公司和Equity Stream公司達成買賣協議，以551萬令吉現金，向後者購買一塊工業地。

該土地位於巴生，面積約1萬1643平方公尺，目前空置。

該集團收購此地段是為了供未來擴展營運之用。（星洲互動）

（吉隆坡8日訊）奧佳華環球（OGAWA，5128，主要板貿易）將和主要供應商中國廈門蒙發利科技集團（EASEPAL）合作，在廈門成立聯營公司，拓展中國業務。

該公司向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司健康世界生活公司（HWL）已在本月7日和蒙發利科技集團達成協議，成立聯營公司，旨在統一中國的行銷管道，聯合經營及運作在中國註冊的6大“OGAWA”商標。

“這將加強我們和蒙發利科技集團的合作關係，后者不但是我們的主要供應商，更是全球其中最大的按摩器生產商，去年營業額達人民幣18億元（約8.8億令吉），淨利則有人民幣1億5300萬元（約7538萬令吉）。”[ChinaPress]

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of OWB wishes to announce that OWB has on 4 April 2012 been informed by its solicitors that OSIM International Ltd and OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd (collectively referred to as the “Plaintiffs”) have served a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim both dated 19 March 2012 (collectively, the “Writ”) against OWB, Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn Bhd (“HWL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of OWB, Tan Teck Lee, Heng Tuck Wah, Low Chin Yoong, Vivianti Binti Khairuddin and Eric Cheng Meng Fatt, all employees and/or agents of OWB and/or HWL at the material time (collectively referred to as the “Defendants”).

The Writ was served at the office of OWB’s solicitors on 4 April 2012.

In the Writ, the Plaintiffs alleged defamatory statements made by the Defendants and made claims for the following:

i) An order to restrain the Defendants from doing certain acts and to compel the Defendants to publish a full page public apology in the national dailies;
ii) General, aggravated and exemplary damages;
iii) Interest on the damages awarded from the date of the Writ of Summons until full payment;
iv) Costs of the proceedings; and
v) Such further or other relief as the Court deems fit.

The Board of OWB has instructed the solicitors to enter appearance and to lodge a defence against the claim. The Board is of the opinion that the Writ of Summons would not have material impact on the financial position or the operations of OWB and/or its subsidiaries.

奧佳華環球 每股淨資產增至60仙

（吉隆坡27日訊）奧佳華環球（OGAWA，5128，主要板貿易）重估非核心資產額外進賬718萬4000令吉，每股淨資產從54仙增至60仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，已重估旗下位于莎阿南的永久地契土地及1棟3層樓辦公室兼貨倉；截至7月1日，2項資產估值分別為157萬7000令吉及253萬9000令吉。

文告指出，經過專業非獨立估價師評估后，2項資產市價分別高達470萬令吉及660萬令吉，重估后盈余分別為312萬3000令吉及406萬1000令吉。

該公司指出，2項資產重估后，淨資產總值從6473萬令吉增至7191萬令吉，每股淨資產增6仙。

另外，該公司今日宣佈首季業績，營業額按年增18%至4487萬令吉，淨利則按年增3倍至136萬1000令吉。[ChinaPress]

奧佳華環球 全年獲利189萬

（吉隆坡26日訊）奧佳華環球（OGAWA，5128，主要板貿易）次季轉虧為盈，錄53萬令吉淨利，上半年亦從441萬令吉，轉盈錄得淨利189萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備文告指出，截至去年底，次季營業額受銷量帶動按年增18%至4583萬令吉，上半年則按年增19%至9031萬令吉。

文告指出，大馬業務次季亦獲成長，營業額提高12%至2853萬令吉；上半年營業額按年起13%至5704萬令吉。

該公司次季每股盈利0.44仙，上財年同期每股虧損3.12仙；上半年則達1.57仙。

奧佳華環球指出，隨著全球經濟前景改善，公司未來營運表現可望回揚，今年內將繼續推介新產品。
