INS生物科技（INSBIO，0088，創業板科技組）還可以持有嗎？

答：
INS生物科技因牴觸GN3上市條例，於9月初被大馬交易所列為陷困公司，須在12個月內提交重組計劃，否則將面臨除牌厄運。

INS生物科技將更改財政年期限，但以2012年4月至6月，淨虧損程度從前期122萬4千令吉，擴大至1千429萬7千令吉，而首15個月則蒙受1千821萬1千令吉淨虧損。

當中，以產品行銷及分銷業務蒙受較大虧損，稅前虧損達986萬3千令吉，歸咎於本地銷售走低，至於製造業務也虧87萬1千令吉，因為海外訂單持續減少。

目前INS生物科技處於負現金水平，能否脫困仍要取決於重組計劃的可行性，鑒於股價跌至僅剩幾仙，或許可考慮持有以期該公司能成功重組。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

（吉隆坡1日訊）INS生物科技（INSBIO,0088,創業板科技組）以43萬令吉脫手蒲種一家單層工廠，以釋放流動性滿足營運資本要求。

該公司發文告指出，基於公司財務現處於不健康水平，而相關產業也不再為業務營運所用，因此決定將之出售籌措營運資本，但公司將與買方簽署租賃協議，以繼續租用該產業作為倉庫用途。

根據截至2012年6月30日止最新淨賬面值，INS生物科技料從相關計劃取得約10萬3千350令吉或每股4仙的非經常性脫售盈餘。（星洲日報／財經）
