Mr.Ooi 应该没在inti 教过...他之前是自己在开firm的...所以应该不是同一个人...
我也有听说过tar 的学生素质低了...但我想声明的是...还是有很多好quality的学生的....如果学生得过且过，拿个文凭就算了...应该比较不可能啦...因为如果你没能pass 的话...就不能升上advance diploma/degree 或毕业了...除非你有certain 的底啦...我也有些朋友虽然毕业了但还是不了解construction...所以我也不能说tar QS 是最好...看个人啦... |

我个人直觉是学生太多，
老师没有办法handle到完...
所以有些学生会比较弱一点...
表鸟我，我记得有一个老师跟我说，
现在的学生太过spoon feeding了... |

For who say tat tarcian is 半桶水 tat is definitely wrong ..tarcians r expert in taking off also. but not only taking off also the practical knowledge ..tar college hav provide the industry training for the student in order to improve thier skill n knowledge..therefore they are not a exactly fresh in industry when they r graduate.
tar college is easy to apply..but is hard to graduate..
all is depend on how hard u hav pay...
hav u guy known tat "no pain no gain"
study hard sure wil score...
last but not least.....where ever u go..just pay attenttion for ur work den u wil gain wat u need.
p/s..dun look down of tar college... |

为什么你们口中的ＴＡＲＣ和我经历的不一样？ 年代不一样？我的经历是：
１）教ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔ 的依ｃｏｎｔｒａｃｔ值说。英文有不准。所以我ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ。
２）教ｍｅａｓｕｒｅｍｅｎｔ 的依ＳＭＭ值说，讲话小声。２小时的ｌｅｃｔｕｒｅ变１小时；第１个小时，抄ｎｏｔｅ，ｂｒｅａｋ时，很多ｋａｉｓｕ的同学涌去问他东西，接下来的１小时就这样结束。还有狗眼看人低，时常说我们ｆｏｒｍ ｓｉｘ生很不能。（因为Ｆ６生少读一年）又说他的ＭＳ。ＳＵＳＡＮ有多厉害叫我们问他，结果自私精让我们碰一鼻子灰。ｍｅａｓｕｒｅｍｅｎｔ 交了都不知有没有改，（所以我ｓｋｉｐｃｌａｓｓ）（幸好老天有眼，Ｆ６生有２人拿ｄｉｓｔｉｎｃｔｉｏｎ，５－７人拿ｍｅｒｉｔ，ｍｓ。ｓｕｓａｎ， ｐａｉｓｈｅ 拿ｐａｓｓ而已）
３）ｍｅａｓｕｒｅｍｅｎｔ ｔｕｔｏｒｉａｌ的还好，英文不是很准，但用心教。（我没ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ）
４）ｍａｔｈ不知教到怎样，因为太容易，所以。。我ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ。
５）Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ ｌａｗ的好像有点咸色，但教到不错。 很多同学说他讲废话，但ｌａｗ是沉闷的，必须开完笑才可增加乐趣。（很多同学ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ但我没有）
６）教ｅｓｔｉｍａｔｅ的样子很串，成天给我们抄ｎｏｔｅ，浪费时间。 不过教的还不错（我没有ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ，但时常不抄ｎｏｔｅ，和同学借来ｐｈｏｔｏｓｔａｔｅ。
７） ｃｏｎｓｔｒｕｃｔｉｏｎｔｅｃｈ的ｌｅｃｔｕｒｅｒ很不错。（我没ｓｋｉｐ ｃｌａｓｓ）
８） ｃｏｎｓｔｒｕｃｔｉｏｎｔｅｃｈ的ｔｕｔｏｒｉａｌ，英文也讲不好（掺马来文）。一题ｃａｌｃｕｌａｔｉｏｎ问他为什么这个ｆｏｒｍｕｌａ（我做的）也是从那个ｆｏｒｍｕｌａ（他给的ａｎｓ）ｄｅｒｉｖｅ出来为什么答案不一样。 他大声的答我（声量是全班听到）：“Ｙ ｕ ｓｏ ｄｅｇｉｌ。。 ｄｕｎ ｗａｎ ｕｓｅ ｔａｔ ｆｏｒｍｕｌａ。。。 ｙ ｕ ｄｕｎ ｗａｎ ｌｉｓｔｅｎ ｔｏ ｍｅ。。。”（接下来掺了很多马拉文我不大明白）。接下来的日子，我是去签名并没有上课）
９）Ｐｒｉｎｃｉｐａｌ ｐａｒｔｉｃｋ 和他讲话只会答：“ｏｕｒ ａｉｍ ｉｓ ｇｉｖｉｎｇ ｍｏｒｅ ｏｐｐｏｒｔｕｎｉｔｙ ｔｏ ｔｈｅ ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ ｗｈｏ ｗａｎｔ ｔｏ ｓｔｕｄｙ． ｓｏｍｅ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ ｔｈｉｎｇ ｗｅ ｃａｎｎｏｔ ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ．．．．＂
１０） 驾车没ｐａｒｋｉｎｇ
１１）ｌｉｂｒａｒｙ吵过巴刹
１２）ｃａｎｔｅｅｎ没位坐，食物不卫生
１３） 上课时间很多时候放到６－８点。 有时候你出门了， ｓｕｄｄｅｎｌｙ打来说ｃａｎｃｅｌ。
所记得的是这么多

Expect? 老姐我的以前老板二十年了，都没说自己expert。 dun over confidence boy！！
industry training =experience? well, make sure u work hard enough. by the way tell u, 毕业前我有去做part time QS 几个月。 interview 时，他们说， that‘s not count as an experience。 还有， 工作时有TARC trainee 来。 我问老板要给他们做什么学什么， 他答我：“你认为他们才来几个月可以学什么？随便有什么容易的给他们做就好了”
For me is easy to apply easy to graduate
i din study hard, i still get merit....
No body will look down tar college, if their perform well.
example，
colleague A， fresh graduate. after study tar go to imperial. she is ast QS 时常complain 没人教她东西。一天我告诉她，不是要人指着教你， 才是教, 看到别人如何做marking 可以自己photostate，自己学， 问下其他QS有没有东西要帮忙。 她不高兴。client 要东西，( measurement 是他做）， 叫她email，她说send 了。 client 没收到，叫她resend， 说不得空。另一个qs 叫她go for discussion，( measurement 是他做）， ， 她说：“这里是那些东西， 我不得空。”还有，200K的omission 写成addition.
colleague B, TARC diploma holder, working for 5 years. 别人说什么都是错，他就对。见识不多不怪他，但自以为是。说400mil 的工太小，没有sub-con 要做， negotiate 不到好价钱。
忘了说，我们都在国外。其他同事不懂TARC，不过他们说：“我以为你们大马来的都是这样。” |

TARC 的学生很多，当然是有好有坏，如果不读书抱着得过且过的心态想那个 DEGREE 回来是不可能的咯。 |

说实在的，一句话，
environment wont make u learn, urself can make u learn in any environment.
始终attitude 最重要. 要是你自己认为自己是expert, 那么别人也没什么可以教你。说不定senior 自认自己不是expert 的还要向你请教。
忘了说, the more u learn/know, the more that you found yourself dun noe. |

拉曼水准比任何大学都强，虽然进去读容易，可是你要出来没这么容易，出到来的都是不简单的。拉大的口碑更不错！ Local U or taylor不用比，不信的话，改天你观察一下就知道。因为拉曼生的头脑很灵活，转得快，加上拉曼的sylabus会比其他学校的难和严格。 |
