Contents	:	INTRODUCTION On behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of OSKH, OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”) is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a distribution-in-specie of up to 98,673,670 OSKVI Shares to shareholders of the Company. Further details of the Proposed Distribution are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 15 April 2009.
