累积了245，000 股，现在平均3.30.  离6月还有一个星期罢了，会有动作？？？ 有点怕 ...

Remark:
Reference is made to the Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 March 2011 (“Quarterly Report”) released on 31 May 2011 and 1 June 2011.

Amendments to the Quarterly Report are due to a reversal of provision for liquidated and ascertained damages amounting to RM2.619 million that is no longer required given that there has been no claims made and that any future claims from hereon are statute barred. This adjustment has been verified by the Company’s statutory auditors.The Board has in fact approved the reversal of provision for liquidated damages on 30 May 2011 but was not taken up in the Quarterly Report released on 31 May 2011.

Amendment is also made to rectify Part A of the amended announcement made on 1 June 2011 to appropriately disclose that the results as reported therein are unaudited.

The amended quarterly report incorporating the above changes is attached.
