海外工程賺幅增加 LCL企業盈利預測調升

（吉隆坡訊）LCL企業（LCL，7177）第3季度和9個月業績表現不俗，加上公司明年正式開拓兩個新海外市場，在迪拜強勢訂單的扶托下，分析員預料該公司明年或寫下更輝煌的盈利新記錄。

LCL企業的海外工程賺幅增加，分析員調升公司在今明年和2009財政年的盈利預測分別達9.4%、13.3%以及19.1%。

LCL企業截至今年底的手中工程約5億1100萬令吉，並不概括印度和哈薩克斯坦的潛在工程。這筆工程足以讓該公司忙至2008財政年，因此任何額外的工程足以為公司盈利帶來驚喜。

受業績標青激勵，該股以揚升15仙的6令吉70仙作出，不過受大市疲軟和套利壓力，一度也挫至20仙至6令吉45仙，收市掛6令吉50仙，跌15仙。

第3季淨利符預期

LCL企業截至2007年9月30止第3季度凈利達630萬令吉，按季上揚12.5%，普遍符合市場預測，首9個月凈利則達1660萬令吉，按年暴漲130.6%。

達證券表示，第3季度的按季營業額激揚37.5%，而扣除利息及稅項收益按季則彈升58.4%，主要是海外工程賺幅提高2%，惟凈利漲幅則縮小至12.5%，主要因更高的少數權益。

內部裝修仍然是公司的主要盈利支柱，分別佔營業額和營運盈利達79.5%和58.2%。供應與裝置部也轉虧為盈。

聯昌研究透露，LCL企業第3季度業績符合市場預測，但迪拜在此季度因欠缺勞工而發生一些工程延誤狀況，惟公司緊急調派300名大馬員工過去彌補此不足。

“儘管此舉導致公司承擔額外的300萬令吉成本，對第3季度營運盈利賺幅帶來一些壓力，但中期對營業額應當有利。”

末季表現強穩

盡管面對第3季度的“插曲”，但預料末季表現強穩，有助靠穩其預測，明年和後年盈利更可能帶來驚喜。

LCL企業的9個月的凈利僅達全年預測的53%，但末季是季節性最旺盛的季度，對全年盈利貢獻高達40%至45%。
