Last few weeks i have send a mail to your company already. Now i send my 2nd times. Im not happy with the speed when i open a web page. Im very sad is i want to login the izzi webmail have to wait for 2-3 min. How come this will happen to a izzi user open the izzi webpage? i cant understand. So can your company give me a reasonable explanation? I hope i wont have to send the 3rd mail to your company again about complaining. Thank You

这几天我家的 Izzi (Izzi Pro, 有用 router) 不能上网
我就打电话给 Izzi Technical Support
他就叫我试试不要过 router 来 direct connect
我就 direct 从 modem 去 PC 来 connect
不过还是不能
过后我就接 Izzi Pro 的 USB cable 才能 connect
不过 line 又不 stabil
一直 disconnect
一天 disconnected 十几次
现在我用 Izzi Pro 不能用 router share 出来给其他电脑同时用
而且用 modem direct connect 也不 stabil
你们有没有遇到酱的问题 |

永远都是upload speed的问题。。。。

我现在使用着IZZIyou, install 了之后 Local Area Network 出现 limited or no connectivity.
我试过uninstall dialer, 甚至把之前的Local Area Network也delete掉, 重新安装后还是有这问题.
应该如何解决?? |

有，有test,只是test的时候还OK的，没什么问题。有人说我那边的台cover很大地方一下，而有时我收到的signal是从mines那边来的。我这边还会有起台吗？谢谢。 |

我也是如此，可是如果是download youtube video的话就比较快，而且只有youtube罢了哦，别的一样慢吞吞。 |
