Broking has not been a major contributor to Lonpac’s business
portfolio. We are now reviewing our strategies to work in
partnership with selected brokers. We aim to build a strong base of
broking business in the near future.
Financial Institutions have always been another pillar of the
company’s business. We shall continue to develop better servicing
skills and insurance packages to ensure that our clients’ insurance
needs are properly and fully protected at the best possible cost.
Lonpac will be exploring in new alternative channels such as
direct and tele-marketing, web-based marketing and other nontraditional
channels.
