后面弄了个 at the morning 的错误因为我发现，就像at Kuala Lumpur一样，这是很多人常犯的错误：at the morning，应该是 in the morning/afternoon/evening 和 in Kuala Lumpur. 地点或是有地址的地方才用 at，如 at the airport......

其实你们之前的 I had a dog 也正确，但只是简单地说我过去有一只狗，我这题的重点是在于 used to 和 would 的使用和分别。
used to 和 would 都可以用来表达过去习惯做、常做或重复做的事：
I used to walk my dog in the park.
I would walk my dog in the park.
walk my dog : 重复性的动作
但是如果要表达过去的一种状态（state），只可以用used to，不可以用 would：
have a dog 是一种“状态”，当你接受或买了那只狗后，就一直“处于拥有它的状态中”，这不是重复性的动作。
也就是说，would 不能用在静态动词/static verbs 如 have, belong, love, think（认为）..... 等等来表达过去的一种状态。

更多例子：
我们可以说 “This car used to belong to my uncle.” （他把车卖给我们之前）
但不可以说 “This car would belong to my uncle.”

不過我有個問題，關於in the park 還是 in a park 比較對呢？
據我所知道的，the 是用在特殊的地方、東西、你已經知道的：
比如：
I bought a pen. The pen was in red color.


The Himalayas, the hospital, the university ...

還是park跟university、hospital等分屬同類，都用the而不用a？

你说得没错，如果没有上下文的话，你听了可能会产生疑问：the park？那个公园？哪个公园？
但，就像词典或语法书的例句那样，这些句子可以假设有上下文，所以不视为语法错误，比如 Longman 词典就提供这样的一个例句：
park / Let's go for a walk in the park.

1. 第二句用 I used to walk ...和 I would walk ... 是不是都可以？

2. 据我所知，英语里，对动物，尤其是自己的宠物，比较倾向于用he/she 来代替it。对吗？
不确定动物的性别时，狗是不是比较常用he，猫是不是比较常用she？

今天工作时没事干就拿了供应商的送货单来看后面的conditions of sale，看到以下句子我有点摸不清头脑它的完整意思是什么，风满楼可不可以帮忙看看（红色部分不大明白）：

我所能理解的意思是：

货品送抵买家后应由买家承担风险但并不代表商品所有权交移给买家。这项所有权保留条款并不授权给买家籍由所有权未交移作理由进行退货和拒绝或延迟付款。卖家与买家须从送货之日就该视货品为买家拥有。这所有权保留条款不应该任命第三方代理。

我所理解的红字是，就算货品还没有交到客户手上，货品发送到客户期间的风险将由客户承担。

就是说，只要已经发货（货品已经从卖家那边发送出去），买家不得以还未交货（收到货）为理由来退货、拒绝或延迟缴款。

不应该分开两个字来看成‘无法承受’

没注意到你的例句：为什么不说 The pen was red? 如果要用color也该是 red in color。
有时候是不同地区用法不同，比如 hospital，英式习惯不用the，而美式则习惯用 the：
英式：go to hospital； (be) taken/rushed to hospital；in hospital......等等
美式：go to the hospital；(be) taken/rushed to the hospital；in the hospital......等等

有时......
看电视：watch television
听收音机：listen to the radio
一个要 the，一个不要......
