应该是是2月15号前申请，都可以得到免付安装费吧？不是申请安装后才算吧！如果是这样，unifi不是把你

| TM ANNOUNCEMENT | | POWER INTERRUPTION AT TM CONTACT CENTRE

Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) would like to inform all our customers that there was a power failure at our Kelana Jaya Data Centre since 12.30 p.m. Sunday, 23 January 2011.
Due to this, our TM Contact Center staff at 100 are currently unable to access and view customer details while attending to your enquiries and requests related to products, service orders, service bills and service reconnections. Our Fault Reporting contact centre will be operational as usual but we are unable to create trouble report during this time for distribution of the fault cases to our technical teams.
Rest assured that TM is working to restore the services as soon as possible. Repairs are currently underway.
We will continue to provide necessary updates on the progress of the restoration works, and would like to elicit feedback from our customers on the quality of service experienced.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption but would like to assure customers that we are taking all necessary action to restore the service to our customers as soon as possible.
