Well, it's finally 2010 and according to every investment professional and money manager, the commercial real estate collapse is imminent. The pending doom surrounding commercial real estate will finally arrive, sinking the economy and quelling the stock market rally. I can't tell you for how long I have heard this thesis. Well, I don't believe it.

While I do believe that sustained high unemployment of 10% is strenuous on consumers and small businesses, which may lead to continued problems in commercial real estate, the doomsayers' predictions won't come true this time. A protracted downturn in commercial real estate could be just that, a protracted downturn, not a full-fledged crisis such as the subprime and credit crises that derailed the global economy. So, where can we look to profit if the commercial real estate collapse doesn't unfold as analysts predict it will?

Regional banks such as Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION), Marshall & Ilsley (NYSE: MI), and Synovus Financial (NYSE: SNV [FREE Stock Trend Analysis]) have heavy exposure to commercial real estate. All three of these banks operate in hard-hit real estate areas such as Georgia, Arizona and California. All three banks have been forced to raise additional capital, diluting existing shareholders. But, all of these banks have been priced for almost complete disaster.

In fact, M&I and Zions were among the worst-performing stocks in 2009, with M&I taking the top rank in that list. However, if commercial real estate does not collapse, these bank stocks may take off as they become priced more according to normalized pre-tax, pre-provision earnings. Traders may already be anticipating a better-than-expected future for these regional banks, as Zions traded up 8.7% today to $15.00 on double the average daily trading volume. M&I and Synovus were also up 4.36% and 5.41%,respectively.

看著LiveChart時見她的新聞出，要買1.32 不過顧著SNV，不能一次看2只投機股。
真是很可惜啊。。。

Adeona Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AEN) - Shares of Adeona Pharmaceuticals, Inc. were up again Thursday on no news.  Resistance is located at $1.20.

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNSS)- Shares of Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. surged back over the 10 daymoving average on Wednesday. I'd be a buyer of pullbacks to $1.2o andwould be a buyer on a break above $1.62.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI)- Siri is a stock that I am watching closely. The stock failed at $0.70again and sold off. When Siri closes back over $0.70, I will be abuyer.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD)- I like AMD as long as it remains above $9. If it falls below $9, Iwill look to buy between $7-$8. Resistance is now located at $10.04.

MGM太早卖了..因为忙,看到PRE-MART掉,心想会掉下来就在开市前先排$10.25,结果11PM就中了...当时MPEL只是$4.02...本来想等MGM掉回来再进的..但它越起越高...而MPEL侧起不多...就下槌了...
