The Board of Directors (“Board”) of MY E.G. Services Berhad (“MYEG” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 May 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Singapore Trade Data Exchange Services Pte. Ltd.  (collectively referred to as “the Party(ies)”) to establish a framework for strategic collaboration between the Parties to explore opportunities to connect their respective networks, pursue knowledge sharing and technical collaboration, and jointly develop new products and services for the mutual benefit of the Parties and their respective customers.
