今天LCL的走势非常好,这几天我和驳脚经纪闹翻了.
为了不想驳脚经纪得益,所以暂时不想买.
LCL7177 我曾经有过五战五胜的记录.今天5.70的价格我错过了.
希望买到的人旗开得胜,步步高升.

GLOBAL APPOINTMENT OF LCL CORPORATION BERHAD AS INTERIOR FINISHES WORKS DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACTOR

Contents :

LCL Corporation Berhad ("LCL") is pleased to inform that Sun-Gumberg through its subsidiary company in India, namely Gumberg Global India Pvt Ltd ("GGP") has on 25 October 2007, appointed LCL as Interior Finishes Works Design and Build Contractor for their proposed mixed-used development projects in India. The appointment is for a period of five (5) years with the right to extend by an additional three (3) years for a total of eight (8) years.

A formal agreement will be entered into by incorporating the above described work and other mutually acceptable terms in due course upon LCL's acceptance of the abovesaid appointment. The agreement between LCL and GGP will thereafter be supplemented by individual contracts to be entered into for each project undertaken by LCL .

Upon the execution of the aforesaid individual contracts with regard to the projects to be undertaken by LCL, it is intended that LCL will cause:-
a) its subsidiary, LCL Furniture Sdn Bhd to simultaneously sign the contract to be the supplier of the component for the interior finishes works and also;
b) its associated company, LCL-IJMII International Interiors Pvt. Ltd to be the installer/finisher for the interior finishes works in respect of the individual contracts.

LCL envisaged that with this appointment, its position and recognition in India as a well established interior fit-out company would be further enhanced. The appointment which will be for a period of about eight (8) years will enable LCL to strengthen its foothold and carve out its niche as one of the top-league players in interior fit-out and designing industry in India.

None of the directors and major shareholders and persons connected to them, has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the above transaction.

我卖票比较少排队，都直接丢，慢慢丢

就等等看，排到就卖，排不到就收起来。。。

以rm2的nta卖5.6，赚130%除10=13%
也就是每股资产会增加0。26。

现在最坏的因素已经过去（private placement）。长期持有是比较好的选择。因为市场上好的股已经选择不多了。

以现在的股价，算是有点贵了。。不过如果公司能有高成长还是可以守着。。。

这价格在牛市来说是非常便宜的。最少要到9-10块才可以称为高。

可是如果以PE来算的话，现在RM7 / RM0.36 = 19.44 了。。

要用2007年的业绩和2008年的预测业绩再平均化。不能拿2006年的。

其实我是以2007年的EPS来算的，我预测今年会有40cents的EPS，可是因为private placement的关系会冲淡EPS,所以我才认为会有36cents.不懂对不对。。。

但是我希望他下午繼續衝上RM7.50

P/s:暫時就只有India engage LCL 為 Interiors Designer for 8 years long 。。。老闆近期會過去India meet IJM 。。。

然後明天後天是 LCL Family Day 。。。如果股票升。。。老闆會比較有面子吧 : P ~~ haha

P/s2:我不想再玩了。。。很想把她賣玩去 SHOPPING 一下下 : P ~~
