Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 1 August 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1. The amount of lettable/useable space of the semi-detached factory. 2. Particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd/YBS, arising from the Proposed Acquisition. 3. Date of payment of the Deposit stated in Section 2.5. 4. The name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value for the valuation undertaken for management’s use prior to the Proposed Acquisition stated in Section 2.6. 5. Name of the authorities whose approval will be sought, and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to such authorities.
Reference is made to the announcement dated 01 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (as defined). All definitions in this announcement, unless otherwise stated, shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement dated 01 August 2025. The Board of Directors (“Board”) of YBS refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s (“Bursa Securities”) query dated 06 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition and wishes to response to the queries of Bursa Securities detailed of which as listed in the attachment file enclosed herewith. Kindly refer to the attachment file for the responses from YBS. This announcement is dated 07 August 2025.
