Dear Participants,

Thank you so much for your support.

As for the first running clinic, “Back to Basics” is designed for beginners and will be conducted by elite runner and coach, Mr. Mark Williams, who is well-known in the running community. Apart from that, this running clinic will cover all aspects from training, diet and nutrition to injuries and safety tips.

Please come dressed in appropriate sport wear as you will be running few rounds around the lake together with other participants.

Please refer to the attachment for location map of Tapak A, Taman Tasik Perdana (Lake Gardens). Hope this information are useful for you. See you on Sunday.

我也报了全马。。。如果跑得成，会是我第一次在KL跑全马。
最近无法有系统地练跑，天气，工作，个人状态。。。
希望还是可以跑完全程。
