算算下，用了应该用了有一年出了才对...看来还蛮耐操的，可能是bench press不太重的关系？

那sit up bench我也有，应该是百二左右吧？主要是sit up 用的，不会很高。另外那架，我师父说洞可以再钻高点...老实说我上胸较没多肉，用后最近是有了一点进展。你看着办？

我懒惰，没钻...反正最近有进步了一点，迟些吧。

其实没砖洞也能练得好上胸吗？

我最近都没什么时间去gym,都在家练一week才去 1两次。打算暂时转行到公园玩bar

我上胸确实有进展，师父说的...要有更大进展时就会去钻洞。觉得decline 会比较麻烦，那sit up bench做decline就没问题，只是稍低。
