yah slaesmnger have call me also.. say they write a lteer for us.. say change railing height, floor make flat. will ask us to sign.

i argue long time about vanitytop.. washing mesin bay pipe .. she say no can do..

better than nothing.

"better than nothing".  
至少 他们愿意去改变一些东西。

however, it can also said.. sp sxtia many year of development business.. why design a haus with
so much 'wasted' space on first floor. ;(

其实,我目前最不能接受的是洗衣机要放在厨房 @_@ 因为厨房,饭桌,冰箱全部都在一起。。。
洗衣机挤不下了吧? 不要等下有人把洗衣机放在屋子候面的外面哦!!!

楼梯我想setia不太可能改给我们了 @_@
我问过一位architect朋友,他说有点难改,因为会影响到楼上主人房的厕所。他索性就勸我好好想想饭厅与客厅隔开的好处,但我还没想到 哈哈哈

i agree with you. the washmesin the slaes manger say, is right against the back wall, next to sliding door. after that , inside a bit, should be kitchen sink. means that, if you come in the rearsliding door , washmesin piping is on your lefthand side, first thing you see is the washingmesin.
the 'bay' is design for room 4 people to see the flower (same story).
if you have time, you can go and give strong feedbak. the manger say.. "Not many people feedback" wor.

很大可能要自己 hack down & restructure the yard & toilet。

我蛮喜欢kitchen那个glass sliding door,可以一边煮饭 or 吃饭, 一边看风景 哈哈 如果后面真的像setia office 的 model 那么美啦!

如果要好好的欣赏外面的花草, 就不能design东西挡住我们的门 & 后面的view la!不然要那个glass door来做么?

有留意到aurora几款的showhouse的地砖特别明亮。是因为🈶打亮和磨亮的效果吗？一般要多少钱？

Hi Giantree, Setia already set their mind, no point to argue with them. Should focus on the posibility of shifting the washing machine to the yard. Maybe can consult plumber and electrician. As for the vanity top, the design is not nice, we can forget it.

你们有没有发现主人冲凉房的 ceiling 很高很高?
那么高是正常的吗? 上面如果生蜘蛛网怎么办?

are you on first row of house (same row as rondabout?) my haus on that row. pleasure to meet you ,, in future.

actully, the high ceiling make toilet roomy, and for light come in from the high window. but to clean it, problem...

其实high ceiling很好。只是百叶窗不太美观。

Giantree, 其实如果你去 Google 一下, 有很多办法可以把那个不太喜欢的storeroom 变得很特别。可以把它变得与众不同 \(^_^)/
u can try search "under stairs designs ideas"

可以做很多pattern的。。。
我有收集几个 ideas, 可是不懂怎样把照片upload来这里 @_@
