老实说，其实还蛮喜欢美国那种graduate entry的东西，不过，是真的比较费时。。。总共8年，还未加那些期间拿医科前的工作时间。。。 |

MRCP都考完了之後就算是專科了嗎？
專在哪裏啊？ |

MRCP算是专科的入学试，完成了过后才有资格在大学里念专科。

cheif complaint:
1.pain in right iliac fossa since 2 days ago
2. fever since 2 days ago
3. tea-colour urine for 1 day (2days ago)
這個history很明顯的是不足夠的，還有什麽需要問?
不是clinical year的同學也可以來試試。 |

要非常detail那种还是只要能够得到diagnosis那种？ |

可以打英文哦？
pain was aggrevated by movement and relieved by rest. however patient complained of pain radiating to loin area after large amount of water intake. no pain at other sites.
fever: low grade and constant. associated with chills and rigor(這個你沒有問，我附送給你。 )
no pale stool,no jaundice,no mass per abd
no nausea, no vomiting.
no LOW, no LOA
pt experienced few episodes of similar pain since 3 years ago but not this severe.the pain usually able to be relieved by pain killer but not this time.
pt was admited 3 years ago due to UTI for 1 day. he was healthy after that.
no hx of HPT,DM etc. no surgery done b4.
he is on traditional medicine for increasing energy. |

病人只發一天的燒。
pain pricking in nature.continuous.intensity remain the same.
no abd distension, urine and bowel output normal. no other symptoms. |

來來來先給provisional dx,然後我們去investigation part。
其實這個pt的presentation不是很清楚，不過他有一個complaint是能夠幫助我們做診斷的。 |
