请问这里有谁也有上 sammyboy SEC 的forum?
那里也有很多买主不满意。可是我register了,但写不到东西上去 @_@ |

如果要看外面的花草,我非常谢谢设计师为我们设计那个厨房的sliding door,一开门就可以出去外面看花草了。哈哈哈
洗衣机放在yard,要去洗衣赛衣还要绕过bedroom4,我已经很不满意了!!!

自从2年前起SP Setia 能干的精英都跑到eco world 去，而且跑到7788了。现在的setia 已经算马来人的了，看来请的consultant公司也是croni papaya 来的。设计到这样的屋子，买家只有自求多幅了。我相信屋子设计根本不会大改的，如果不要现在抽出来输一点钱，那以后住进去一定后悔 |

如果很多人抱怨 sxtia应该改变设计。

Since Two years ago from SP Setia competent Elite Come to eco world have to go, and went to the 7788. Now Setia has been Considered the Malays, it Seems ...
no Body Regret .. this Kind of thing happen to many Other buyer, for Other Taman house TOO. we just want a better Design. if we complan and Sxtia change, is good. if not.. spend own money renovaite or just life by it. Is normal.
UEM, SIM darby all GLC. Quality House very good. You buy where? How much? or you Have not buy?

我不知道原来买屋子也要查到人家公司的 architect 去 eh @_@
听你讲到Setia好像乱乱来,马来krony都出来。。。有点怕怕!
所以我去上网查了一下这家公司
ROC Architex S.B.
他们除了kl,马六甲... 新加坡也有公司哦

网站有他们的projects. 什么都有, commercial,retail malls, JB 的Giant,Tesco,Carrefour都是他设计的。
Residential,高的有condo IJM, IOI, landed 的 mah sing, KSL, bukit indah,seri Austin,nusa idaman,大大小小, 还有 hotel,学校也有 Foon You 5 pri.......
就不懂他们的网站会不会是假的啦!! 哈哈哈 |

Hi Giantree, today tin99 and I were there but that sales manager ( Miss Catherine)who called me was not there. But she will be working on Sunday. So those who go on Sunday, may be ask Catherine to book appointment so that those unhappy mercury buyers can have dialouge with the managment.We must find out as many as possible who are not happy.
