Yes, I bought Mercury. There is a form for us to feedback. Need to follow up with developer to ensure they really hear our voice.

I also noticed for Mercury, I can not find the washing machine location. I saw there are two water outlets at the kitchen, don't tell me that is the place for the washing machine. Actually, developer can run a water tap point and a water discharge point at the yard, then it will solve the problem. We must write and feedback to them.

the wash machine bay 是在后面 房间4！

要洗衣服 你必须去房间4。

不然 房子的后面 到外面去。

很奇怪。


i hafeedback 3:

1. wash mesin bay, pls add 3 feet behind haus
2. 1st floor step to remove make flat (as you say)
3. stairs to align strait to the wall like same to neptune haus.

几天前看到cascadia 的 aurora 几间terrace show house，那么小间真的是笑掉人家大牙。。。不懂买了的人住进去会不会哭。那么小间的屋子卖这个价钱，以后根本没有value，根本很难卖。买来投资的升值空间很小。第一期的 cascadia 还有很大升值空间。aurora 免了

For the washing manchine location. U mean it is located at the samll yard behind Bedroom 4? But there is no water tap point and water discharge point. I only saw a power point at the yard.

我倒是没有看很仔细，因为一进门我就很不开心了，走上二楼，整个崩溃，一眼都不想多看… 等下我也要写email去feedback

Ya, I will write too. Also, I will feedback that the grille at the master balcony is too high, look like prison cell.

think balcony setia may change to lower. OK. Next time i fedbak this higt balcony.

also ask to put washing mesin pipe & drain pipe at bay. the space behind room 4 should be wash mesin space ah!

你们不满的是哪一款?mercury or Neptune ?

今天去看了aurora show house感到非常的失望，空间弄到很小。很浪费空间。Mercury根本就是就是离谱。不懂是那个没脑的设计师。而且neptune and mercury没有做室内设计。应该是小倒连设计师都不会设计了。

跟那个layout差很多，scale不对的。可以feedback讲要做IB for neptune and mercury

第5个，真的很无厘头，bathroom应该靠墙，yard应该和厨房连接
