恩。。。
终于在总部的同事听到一些事情。
打电话去处理的同事说需要千多块来cancel.如果要further discount就要我付费。同事也是大概听到和讲而已。
然后大老板就说怎样也不会给钱,最多法庭见。
听起来大老板很好,因为没有要我还钱,而且觉得事情根本就不对,他们在骗人嘛!
我不知道我该做什么。
那个很凶的director明天如果有来,我就跟他讲吧,至少我认错。而且我跟他说好过他听其他人说吧?
保佑我。。。
其实他们把自己的image搞到好象yellowpage那样误导人。
然后再寄信去你公司,terms and conditions写到小小,"to be included into latest...pls sign and chop..."和公司的details就放很大。
以为是普通update你就会签,并没发现有上角有contract这个字眼。
两个星期后你就会收到invoice.
你要求取消,他们就会捉住你不放,没看到那是contract吗?我们的system已经updated,我们没有权利取消您的广告单位,你需要write in to lower the cancellation fee,conclusion of the call。
one year advertisement fee = SGD4250
that is 2 years contract = SGD8500
to cancel, you have pay 50% of the total amount = SGD4250
you can write in to lower the cancellation fee futher 50% = SGD2125
现在同事打去,还是要给千多块。 很吃人咯!
希望你们不要上当了。。。

If you have a dispute with a retailer over consumer goods and services and you have not been able to resolve the matter with the retailer, all you have to do is to visit CASE office and register your complaint.
Please bring along your Identity Card and all documents relevant to your dispute so that our Consumer Relations Officers can assess your case. Our officers will advise you on the dispute resolution mechanisms available and explain how CASE is able to assist you. Please see flowchart for more information.
If you wish to resolve your matter through CASE:
-You can register as a CASE member ($25 for an individual membership valid for one year and a minimum of $10 for administrative fees).
-If you do not wish to become a member, CASE can help you under the Assisted Case scheme. For an administrative fee of $10, we can help you draft a letter to the vendor/retailer.
-Please let our officers know if you are:
Working for a company that is a CASE Corresponding Member
You are a member of a Trade Union or Association that happens to be a CASE Corresponding Member.
You have a Life Insurance Policy from NTUC Income;
You will only have to pay the administrative fees for the above.

How it works?
On recording all pertinent information with you, our officer will correspond with the retailer on your behalf to work towards an amicable resolution. We will also look into the legal aspect and raise relevant legal matters with the retailer in situations where they are applicable. Should the matter reach a stalemate, our officer may advise both parties to resolve their dispute via a mediation session.
Should correspondence and mediation fail, you will need to consider other forms of avenues to resolve your dispute such legal recourse through the Small Claims Tribunal. Our CASE officer will try to advise you on such avenues and thereafter close your file and allow you to proceed further.
Weak Case?
Even if you have a weak case, you can still approach our officers for assistance. It may well be a weak case but to some retailers, they may be willing to accede to your request based on enlightened business philosophy.
In situations where CASE is unable to take it up, we would advise you on other ways of settling your claim. This may include seeking assistance from more appropriate organisation or going to the Tribunal or court. So don’t give up!
It is also advisable that you keep all relevant documents so that you can support your claims with documents rather than depending solely on verbal representations. |

折腾了自己一整天,回到家里,好开心,现在好睏zzZzzZZZzzz 昨天才睡了4个小时,提早为今天失眠
等下要找些关于应付singapore business pages的办法,明天告诉我那个凶凶的director和人好好的OM.

总行有位负责人今天3点约了 singapore business pages的sales personnel去讨论那件事情。。。
一个小时多了,不知道事情进展如何。
我找不到那张original的“contract",应该当废纸丢掉了。
之前,原来我们的部门在总行也有收过,一位员工把它拿给director签,director也没有看清楚,听说后来那位员工的爸爸帮她还了8百多。。。
为什么要还,真是气死人。
