Resistance Levels: $1.19, $1.28, $1.31

Support Levels: $1.00, $0.97, $0.91, $0.87





Cell Therapeutics, Inc ( CTIC ) made a textbook technical reversal off the 200 day moving average today. The stock traded below $0.87 for a split second and then the short covering came in. CTIC then broke through $0.96 ( the high of the day ) and ripped back to the 10 day moving average on heavy volume. CTIC is trading up a bit in after hours so expect tomorrow to be another active day. Resistance continues to be located at the 10 day moving average which tomorrow will be around $1.17. A close over back over this level would be very bullish going forward. As always, I like pullbacks to the 200 day moving average again.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC hit the 200 day moving averagethis morning, bounced, and then broke through the high of the daylocated at $0.96. CTIC then rallied back near the $1.20 resistancearea. I continue to like pullbacks to the 200 day moving average. Iwould also buy a break up through $1.20 for a quick trade.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) closed right at the 10 day moving average on Tuesday, something worth watching tomorrow. In order for this recent rally to continue, CTIC must go higher and break through $1.20. Failure to hold the 10 day moving average could spark another sell off back to the 200 day moving average. If the 200 day moving average ( $0.89 ) is retested, I would be a buyer.

NEW YORK, Oct 14 (Reuters) - CIT Group Inc (CIT.N) is getting closer to finalizing the terms of a new loan that would give them an additional $3 billion to $6.5 billion, two sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.

The loan, being arranged by Bank of America, could be finalized as soon as this week, the sources said, declining to be identified because talks are private. One of the sources said the situation was still fluid and it could be delayed.

CIT would use most of the additional money, except about $500 million, to repay existing debt, the sources said.

The loan would work as a secured facility in case of a successful exchange offer by the lender, or a debtor-in-possession loan if CIT has to file for bankruptcy, one source said.

CIT spokesman Curt Ritter declined to comment.

(RTTNews) - Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) announced that Richard Van der Jagt of the Ottawa General

Hospital will present at the Lymphoma and Myeloma 2009 Conference in New York an overview of the company's

pixantrone phase II and phase III clinical studies that demonstrated high rates of complete remission

in relapsed/refractory aggressive and indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, or NHL, patients.

The company revealed 70% CR/CRu rate in a phase II trial in patients treated with pixantrone plus
FPD-R regimen in relapsed/refractory  indolent NHL. The company also announced 47% CR/CRu rate  in a
phase II trial in patients treated with CPOP regimen  for patients that failed CHOP regimen with relapsed/refractory

aggressive NHL. Cell Therapeutics further disclosed 35% CR rate in a phase III trial in patients treated

with pixantrone plus rituximab in relapsed/refractory indolent NHL.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC continues to hang around the 10 day moving average. The volume remains very light compared to the average over the past 5 months. I would be a buyer on a close over $1.20. $1.20 seems to be a heavy resistance level for CTIC.
