Standard Chartered CashBack Gold MasterCard 的 CashBack 不是自动给你的，卡主需要每个月尾上网 ClaimBack 的！
最近这几天，我试过系统出现了：
Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
应该是渣打银行在月尾手头紧，没有钱付给 CashBack 了！请卡主多等几天罗！ |

我看了你的 post 才懂要上网 redeem，难怪七月过后没看到 cash back 了。
刚刚去查了，原来我累计了 RM110 的 cash back，刚 redeem 了。

Alliance online 经常延迟出信用卡的e-Statement，我问了online chat 的CS，得到以下回复：

AEON Credit Service 在这个月的 statement 无法做出来了！
我在12月的 AEON Credit Card 的 E-Statement 在12月10日，可是到今天（17日）上网查阅依然一无所获！
这可能是到了年尾，AEON Credit Service 有太多员工去clear leave了，没有人做工！ |

我昨天收到Hong Leong 的人打来向我确认申请信用卡的事项，确认完后她立刻盖电话。我那时还在问着其他的问题，我就想了下可能她在忙。没想到这里有人说他们的人没礼貌，现在想回去还真的是。。。哈哈哈 |

拿citibank吧，我的citibank卡上个月也是给人盗用，我去新山的citibank马上现场拿卡，不到一个小时就现场拿到卡了。 |
