退出集装箱航运 德利大热跌新低

(吉隆坡23日讯)在上週三(18日)宣布退出集装箱航运业务的德利航运(HUBLINE,7013,主板贸服股)今日交投大热走跌,全天股价跌1仙或28.5%,至0.025令吉;,而全天成交量从前交易日的123万8500股,暴增至2亿6478万股,位居全场热门股榜首。

德利航运今日早盘以全天最高的0.035令吉开跑,隨即节节败退,大部份时在0.03至0.035令吉区间徘徊,最终以全天最低的0.025令吉掛收,跌1仙或28.5%,写52周新低。

配合农历新年假期,大马股市在上周四(19日)和周五(20日)休市两天,今天才恢復交易。

德利航运上周三发文告指出,公司管理层进行一连串的详细审议和审查工作后,决定退出集装箱航运业务。

该项决定估计將导致该公司2015財政年(9月30日结帐)蒙受3亿3500万令吉亏损。

该公司通过文告表示,集装箱航运业自经济危机以来,长期受困,加上產能过剩的问题没有改善,全球集装箱航运业者纷纷压价,来支撑运营成本。而且,全球贸易格局快速转变,不断挑战航运商的运营模式。

同时,货运业竞爭仍十分激烈,各运营商都在价格受压的环境下,竭尽所能保持盈利。

文告称,由于集装箱航运业务在过去几年蒙亏,导致董事局必须重估公司的財务状况和营运策略。

他们认为,如果整体行业状况没有改善,而该公司继续经营集装箱航运业务的话,最终將衝击赚钱的散装航运(Breakbulk shipping)业务。

「有鉴于此,为了保护股东们的权益,董事局认为目前是切断集装箱航运业务臂膀的最佳时机,以便专注于可以提高股东回报的业务上。」

侧重散装航运

无论如何,该公司董事局认为,退出该业务將衝击公司2015財政年业绩,因为过去4年该业务占整体营业额的比重高达79%贡献。

根据目前的市场环境,该公司估计,2015財政年將蒙受约3亿5000万令吉的一次过亏损,然而长期而言,该公司將把重点放在赚钱的散装航运,所以预计有利于公司的长期盈利表现。

在完全退出集装箱航运业务后,德利航运將自动变成「受影响的上市公司」,並且会被大马交易所列入PN17名单。

虽然如此,该公司依然会將航运作为他们的核心业务,不过將会专注散装航运,管理层认为,该业务是可行和可持续的,並拥有良好的前景。【东方网财经】

HUBLine Berhad is a public company listed on the main board of the Bursa Malaysia.  Established in 1993, the group has developed into a major regional shipping line principally involved in the provision of containerized shipping services, dry bulk, shipping agency and chartering of vessels.

The group currently operates a fleet of 40 vessels viz., container vessels, dry bulk carriers, and tugs and barges are currently deployed to provide services between  ports in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Yangon, Indonesia, India, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan and Korea.

The company has a network of around 70 agents to serve most of the intra Asian countries.

The main activity of the Group will remain asshipping, however, the focus will shift towards break bulk shipping. Break bulk shipping is a viable and sustainable division with good prospects of further growth.

However, over the long term, as theGroup concentrates on its profitable break bulk division, the Board anticipates a positive impact to theGroup’s earnings.

德利航運削資19仙‧2配1附加股籌9399萬

(吉隆坡29日訊)德利航運(HUBLINE,7013,主板貿服組)擬進行削資19仙、2配1比例發售附加股,再以4附加股送1憑單,以及私下配售30%新股計劃等系列企業活動,料可籌措最多9千399萬令吉來償還銀行貸款和營運資本。

4附加股送1憑單

該公司發文告指出,建議將每股面值20仙的股票削資19仙,成每股面值1仙股票,以釋出6億1千839萬8千832令吉來抵銷高達5億7千661萬1千令吉的累積虧損。

德利航運擬發售最多64億8千226萬8千188令吉附加股,以及派送16億2千零56萬7千47單位憑單,附加股發售價和憑單轉換價將在稍後決定。

假設附加股發售價為每股1仙,德利航運料藉此籌資6千482萬3千令吉,若加上其擬私下配售佔擴大後繳足資本30%股權(相等於29億1千702萬零684股新股),以及2送1比例派送14億5千851萬零342單位憑單所籌的2千917萬令吉,整個活動將可籌資9千399萬令吉。

該公司將利用當中4千800萬令吉來償還銀行貸款,另4千365萬3千令吉則作為營運資本。

完成上述企業活動後,德利航運繳足資本將從6億5千零94萬6千139令吉減少至1億5千719萬5千零4令吉,負債比將從2.69倍減至0.75倍。

次季由盈轉虧

該公司截至2015年3月31日止第二季由盈轉虧,淨虧損3億6千933萬1千令吉。(星洲日報/財經)

萬得利船務 大熱下挫至新低紀錄

(吉隆坡1日訊)萬得利船務(HUBLINE,7013,主要板貿服)次季業績蒙受巨額虧損,慘遭投資者拋售,股價跌1仙或50%至1仙,創歷史新低紀錄,該股交投火熱,為十大熱門股之一。

萬得利船務今日開盤時,先跌0.5仙至1.5仙,在賣壓沉重下,該股跌1仙或50%,以1仙掛休,創下歷史新低紀錄,半日易手4887萬7900股。

閉市時,該股跌0.5仙至1.5仙,成交量達6469萬9800股,為熱門股榜之一。

根據《The Edge財經日報》引述交易員指出,萬得利船務本財年次季虧損進一步擴大至3億6933萬令吉,上半年虧損高達3億7519萬令吉。另一個導致股價下滑的原因則是公司為應對巨額虧損,計劃發行附加股和私下配售股權,預計籌措9399萬令吉。

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that, the Board intends to proceed with the implementation of the Proposed Rights Issue on a minimum subscription basis in the event the Board is unable to procure underwriting arrangements prior to the announcement of the Entitlement Date for the Proposed Rights Issue.
