我觉得 Melati 很值得反向投资，当建筑业循环回来时，Melati 以积极的争取 project 的方式，应该有不错的作为

另一方面，马银行投资银行分析员指出，他们相信首相拿督斯里纳吉将极力完成经济刺激配套、修复建筑及建筑原料领域，因此建筑领域是首选。


分析员说，如果建筑工程都在今年内颁发，建筑股的收益料于明年有所增长，而且这些股项的价值也远远低于定价。

同时，分析员指出，买入建筑股也意味着相信首相有能力通过经济刺激配套稳定我国经济。

其实文中说到早在今年一月已经开始动工。可是不了解为什么现在才拿到letter of award。我想那个letter of award只是一个“正式”的文件，说明你是合法的bidder，和约多少钱。。。black&white。。。

（吉隆坡）億成控股（MELATI,5129,主板建築組）獲Magnificient Diagraph有限公司（MDSB）頒發總值5480萬令吉合約，以設計與建造烏魯冷岳的雙層家樂福霸市與單層機械和電子工程維護（M&E）服務底層。
文告指出，工程其實已於今年1月5日展開，只是在等待MDSB批准，預計計劃9月9日完成。
上述計劃藉獨資子公司Bayu Melati有限公司進行（BMSB），估計對億成控股截至8月31日止財政年的盈利作出正面貢獻。

（吉隆坡10日訊）億成（MELATI，5129，主板建築）獲逾5000萬令吉建築工程，激勵股價今日上升近10%，惟盈利前景不獲券商看好。

億成今早平盤76仙開市，之后緩步攀升，休市時報82.5仙，揚高6.5仙或8.6%。

該公司週一宣佈，獨資子公司Bayu Melati接獲Magnificient Diagraph私人有限公司，頒發一項總值5480萬令吉的“設計、建築與完成”的建築工程。

Bayu Melati將在蕉賴Bandar Tun Hussein Onn，承建2樓高家樂福（Carrefour）霸級市場，及1層地下室停車場，2009年9月9日竣工。

分析員指出，億成自2007年初至今，共獲9840萬令吉新工程。

“建材價格滑落，許多承包商的按季利潤獲改善，可是億成卻持續萎縮，預計2009財年盈利將負成長30%。”

分析員說，億成上市以來不曾獲得政府工程，相信不會在經濟振興配套下受惠。

閉市時，億成掛82.5仙，升6.5仙或8.6%，成交量達27萬9200股。

据我所知，melati目前持有17亿左右的工程，足以让它忙上好几年。。。
另外，以往melati标工程的成功率高达30%左右，就算真的接不到政府的工程，相信也不会陷入没有收入的窘境。。。

为什么在2008年报的balance sheet里面找不到inventory这个项目的？
还有就是在2007年报里，为什么并没有dividend paid在cash flow里面？
